[Resolved] E-Billing Solutions — EBS charge deducted from credit card

Recently in my credit card statement I got to know that Rs.1481 on 26.01.2017 has been deducted as ebscharge.but I never made any such transaction.i did not reveal any detail to any one as iam also a banker and I know that very well. I complained to my bank customer care but they said that I may have revealed details.please take action against this ebscharge.i have already blocked the card and got the replacement but who is going to compensate that money to me? I got a water bill of 286 Rs in October for which I paid 315 from emitra, even though emitra has charged 600 rs in Dec bill(adding bill of 286 of October saying that it is pending) . I have all receipt of payment done online.

Please advise how to get refund.

Hi On 27/05/17, i made an online payment through net banking to TRB website, amount of Rs.500 for TRB exam fees.
. however as per the TRB website the payment was not received but as per my bank account my amount was deducted.

My reference number is IGABJKNRR7. Please do me a favour.. Its urgent .. Thank you .
