[Resolved] E-Billing Solutions — recharge of 200 on 23 apr 2018 debited to my credit card but not credited to tata sky | |||||
I had made a recharge through ivr on 23 apr 2018 and paid a sum of rs.200/- via my sbi credit card and bank ref is 181140025000010009268 the bank has given me another ref apparently of ivr under which the transaction was shown as successful the code is t 71116 The recharge was in favour of tata sky account no [protected] Tata sky has confirmed non receipt of payment. Sbi has confirmed transaction as successful and debited my credit card for rs.200/- Kindly intimate why tata sky has not received the payment and arrange to refund the amount to me at an early date Was this information helpful? | |||||

For prepaid recharge i used axis bank debit card for the online payment for rs.245+6=251/- was deducted on my account but i did not received balance in my mobile i tryed to called on e-billing solutions pvt ltd ph no.[protected] but it is working i what my amount immediately in my account.
