I have approved payment gateway account from ebs since 3-4 years. due to non activity from some months ebs locked my merchant account, now when i contacted them to know the status of account than they replied there is some outstanding amount in the account that's why account is locked,
After clearing that amount, still account is locked, and now they are not responding any mail and support tickets. they just close my support ticket without any reply.
I just wanted to know the status of my account, just wanted to know why they are doing this. Was this information helpful? |
