E Com Express — courier delivery

On 13th nov 2019 arranged a reverse pick up from mumbai to delhi through e com express.
At the time of booking it was showing tentative delivery date as 19th nov 2019, but till now the parcel is not traceable and customer care executives of e com express have no idea about the package. Daily raising complaint at customer care portal but everytime getting a fresh delivery date.
Worst customer care service.

I did't get my ordered product to the provided address eventhough I have tried many times but now it is shown that the shipment is returned.I need my product to be reshipped to the provided address and they can contact me if they had any doubts over the address through the provided number.
