Submitted bills regarding mediclaim.
With pune executive mr kunal, after 9 months he is again demanding bills to me
Which he was misplaced by him.
Truly disappointed with emeditek services.

    Dear sir/madam

    This is bring to your kind notice that i have not received claim amount till date.

    From ahmedabad office site they approved claim on 17th may 2017

    I talk on landline no and cleared all doubts & that lady executive told me it will be process within week time.. But not done

    After that i personally visited ahmedabad office before 10 days for inquire status and meet mr. Ankur on front desk... He told me i just mail to process your claim on immediate basis... It will be cleared within 1-2 days...

    I just call ahmedabad office & talk with priya... She is unable to tell me status of claim... She is telling me to give me 2 days time to inquire why it was not happening.. She is not able to give my answer when i will get claim amount...

    I can't understand e-meditek process and system or uneducated person who even don't know what is the actual status of claim

    I think now it is high time...

      Myself m h shaikh holding mediclaim policy no.[protected] from nicl tpa allotted is e meditek private limited. My wife saeedabanu shaikh has been admitted to hospital in may 2017 and for claim all the documents have been submitted on 24th of may 2017 and till date we have not received payment of reimbursement. When we are trying to reach over phone, we always get busy tone. Please advise your tpa to settle claim at the earliest or i would be compelled to change my mediclaim policy.

        Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting the the amount i paid.

            My father had taken the mediclaim policy from E Meditek TPA Services and we were covered under the scheme. My father and sister met with an accident where my father passed away and sister was injured. Sister was hospitalized for 4 days as she had to undergo a surgery. We submitted all the documents for this with claim #[protected]. Submitted documents include all the test reports, bills, discharge summary, FIR etc. Claim date: 26/07/16. But till now, they have not made the payment for this.
            What is the point of opting for insurance if there is no use from it when we need it?

                My wife is insured under mediclaim insurance policy o[censored]nited india insurance co. Ltd whose tpa is e-meditek.

                My wife mrs riddhi motiwala is suffering from brain tumour she has to be operated for lt. Cerebellar haemangioblastomia, from sal hopital, ahmedabad, approx surgery expense send from hospital is rs.1, 75, 000 /- against my cashless policy to e-meditek, but we have only receive approval of rs. 60, 000 as cashless and now hospital want me to pay difference amount rs.1, 15, 000 at the time of admission for surgery

                What is meaning of my rs.2 lakh cashless policy.

                Why i am not getting benefits of cashless policy.

                On humanitarian grounds a my family is going through emotional stress and then also we have to bare financial pressure even after already taken mediclaim. It seems like taking mediclaim with cashless benefit is o[censored]sed, then creating just a beneficiary helpful bubble. I hope this will help other people who thinks like me of having covered means little less suffering while some medical emergency.

                      I hospitalize in shri ram singh hospital krishan nagar delhi-110051. Hospital send final approval request letter on 6 june 2016. But pass of whle day tpa not approve my cashless, so i pass one more day & night in hospital. There are no any person to pick my phone. As per irda tpa work 24 hour. But it is not true. I feel mantaly stress due to tpa services.

                        We are members of sail medical scheme with tpa e-meditek. Min nos 2519973 &74.
                        We had submitted opd reimbursement bils for the year 2015-16. Ideduction of rs. 1300/- &rs. 2400/- has been made from our bills. The deduction has been made on flimsy ground, as the lab report did not mention the doctos or hospital name which recomended the tests. It is to inform you that govt. Hospital bhiwadihad recomended the tests for which original prescriptions were enclosed. The only fault was the test report of thyrocare did not mention the hospital name instead mentioned self and was not noticed by me.
                        You may kindly check the original papers for doctors prescription and rectify the reimbursement amount accordingly.

                          I am the member of Group Mediclaim Scheme 2015-16 for retired SAIL employees administered by E-Meditek (TPA)services ltd.
                          My wife Mrs. Rekha Agarwal (MIN[protected] was hospitalised in Sahara Hospital Lucknow (U.P.) for illness-Hypoglycemic brain damage from November 2, 2015 to November 21, 2015 and documents for reimbursement of Rs. 3, 01, 630/- were submitted in corporate office, Gurgaon and further documents demanded were also submitted by January 21, 2016.
                          With this all documents required were submitted 3 months back but I am sorry to say after a lapse of such a long time company has not reimbursed the due amount though I have reminded through e-mail a number of times.
                          In view of above it is requested to please take necessary action at your end so that I may get the amount due earliest possible.

Then again on 2nd April, I forwarded that mail to help.[protected]@emeditek.com. But till now, there has been o response from e meditek.                             I am again sending a mail to help.[protected]@emeditek.com today. Can anyone please help me to get the claim payment? I do not understand what the people get by harassing others? Is there any harm to acknowledge the receipt of a mail from your end? I am just frustrated now from e-meditek, such a poor service, when I called up the customer care, that fellow picked up the phone, took all the claim details from me and then after saying to hold on the call, the phone got disconnected. Is there any need to escalate the issue to more higher levels? Please let me know.

                              Hi,

                              I Work in an MNC and took a group insurance policy of National Insurance Corporation through E-Meditek which is mandatory from office end via Policy No. 344900/46/15/[protected]. During orientation we were told that it’s a corporate policy and with sum assured of Rs.75000/- you will get a benefit of Rs.25, 000/- for maternity and with a sum assured of Rs.2, 00, 000/- you will get the benefit of Rs.50, 000/- and with sum assured Rs.3, 00, 000/- you will get the benefit of Rs.75, 000/-. They also confirmed me that any kind of charged incurred by hospital during hospitalization within the limit will be re-imbursed. Also few days before going to hospital I confirmed the same amount from customer care of E-meditek regarding the claim amount and they confirmed me for Rs.75, 000/- as per corporate policy. I also asked about re-imbursement of bill they confirmed to just submit the bills in our office at Gurgaon and will be cleared within 15 days. Due to an emergency I took my wife to hospital namely Bhagwati Hospital in Rohini Sec-13, New Delhi for treatment on[protected] and my wife got discharged on[protected]. Now I am claiming maternity w.r.t claim No.[protected] for amount Rs.69, 496/- to them. Just few days back I received a mail regarding the Claim settlement that amount of Rs.24, 738/- is approved. They said that as per your policy you are entitled for Rs.50, 000/- under maternity. Now they are stating that the hospital you went is in our panel and we have a settlement with them that for delivery through operation they will charge Rs.24738/- only in case of cashless and if you would have gone to any other hospital which would not have been in panel of E-Meditek they would have cleared our complete amount, however you went to the Hospital which is in our panel so only Rs.24, 738 will be approved. Now they are creating nuisance stating only a fixed amount will be cleared as per their policy. It’s a total fraud from their end for not returning the claimed amount. As of now I feel that I just wasted my money by going for that policy. Please help in resolving the issue.

                                My 71 old father was admitted to the Hospital on grounds of fever, severe persistent hiccups and hyper tension and doctors advised monitoring and tests under medical supervision.The Doctors gave written certificates to prove it.

                                Yet the E-meditek considers it to be an inappropriate line of treatment and refused reimbursement.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have a valid claim pending Claim No[protected] since July 2014. Nobody from eMeditek has bothered to reply to this till December 2015. Even now, it is to say that the claim has been closed because reply not in original but in photocopy. The originals have been sent to your Gurgaon head office in July 2014 itself. Depsite this being a valid claim, your company has been lax in following up our case. I am a senior citizen and a lifelong employee of SAIL. Needless to say, this is causing me and my family extreme distress. The following are the details of of original complaint. I am also forwading this email to consumer redressals forums across the country: My spouse Thahira Moosa, Min. No. 01404430 was hospitallised from 19/05/2014 to 22/05/2015 due to a lump in the right breast and after tests diagnosed " Benign Breast Lump fibrocystic disease to r/o malignancy. A claim of Rs. 31811/= was submitted and Rs.22232/= was reimbursed. For the follow up action, she was again hospitallised from 07/06/2014 to 12/06/2014 " undergone lump excision and biopsy which is s/o Ca breast insitu patient was planned to WRM "Claim was sent in July 2014 and the number is given above, for Rs. 49215/= This claim is not settled so far . I sent a grievance in this regard on 18/02/2015, ticket number being 59747, but, nothing could be heard from you about the status of the claim. Again, I sent 3 more Emails on 04/03/2015, 15/03/2015 and 06/06/2015. No reply was given till now. Therefore, I am sending this grieavance letter and expecting an early reply. Mohamed Moosa Min.                                       I am having Jeevan Arogya from LIC for which now Emditek is the TPA I have been operated for ACL surgery with preapproval and cashless from another insurer. for the same claim under this plan, Emeditek is keep raising queries and after all reply they have not send any updates for two months now. I found one the most bogus people, rude and most unprofessional personas. they think all customers are here to make money out of the claim and no claim should be processed. LIC name is getting affected severely due to this idiotic TPA
                                      I also had almost exactly same experience with Emeditek. We filed a claim as my dad was hospitalized for 7days for a severe surgery.

                                      Now its been 11 months, replying their emails regarding stupid things like a narration of the accident, date of accident etc. The documents we have submitted have all these details. Customer care of Emeditek doesn't have any information why we are still not getting our medical money. I would NOT suggest anyone to buy the mediclaim policy from LIC.
