Please remove my pan no from yourIRDA portal and IRDA pan look up

Sir i had worked as advisor with liberty Videocon insurance company. I say that at this time my license is terminated for non fulfillment of minimum business guarantee, still my pan is reflected in irda portal. So i request you kindly delete my license and pan no. (CAWPB0886K) from irda portal
please remove my pan no from your portal and pan look up.

I have sent in my reignation-cum- request for removal of my PAN-ADSPJ6226G foron the IRDA PAN look up portal and issue a Cessation certificate on 11.2.2025 via email through Libery Hyderabad manager who informed that it had been escalated to the HO. But the matter has not been resolve till date which is blocking my opportunities elsewhere. please expedite the matter and resolve it ASAP.

              My name is basheer. I own a innova crysta 2017 model with a registration number kl-22-l-76. Initially the insurance was taken from hdfc ergo ;in 2019 i had renewed the insurance via quick insure from liberty on[protected].in my old insurance from hdfc ergo i had activated no claim bonus protection. When i had taken the insurance from quick insure i had informed about the ncb protection which was activated earlier. About 20% of claim bonus was added to the new insurance taken from liberty.. Now when i register for a claim the company is telling that no claim bonus was wrongly entered, hence insurance claim is rejected.. This information stating that no claim bonus is not available for the insurance taken from liberty has not yet passed on to me until now. When i contacted hdfc for this mistake they had told me that they will reduce the premium for insurance renewal of my any other vehicle in the future.. Presently i am having this issue with liberty.. Since the matter regarding the no claim bonus has not been informed to me until now i am eligible for this claim. I had already given fir registered copy and video entry copy to your executive. I will add previous insurance from hdfc & insurance taken from quick insure to this.. The reason what liberty is telling me that no claim bonus was wrongly entered hence insurance is rejected.. I had not done wrong entry and no one has informed me that..
              I am eligible for this insurance.. So please give approval for my claim. No claim bonus has not been given to you from hdfc, i am ready to give that payment to the company. I am not interested in going legally and waste time.. So i am supposed to repay the no claim bonus and i am willing to pay the no claim bonus.. So please give my claim. My vehicle work has already been finished and paid amount to company.. The bill will be submitted to you soon. If i go legally i will get the insurance amount as there is no mistake from my part. I am ready to pay no claim bonus. Please give approval for my claim.. Please find a solution for this and take an action immediately..
              So far no intimation has been sent from the liberty to quick insure or to me that no claim bonus has not been given to liberty from hdfc. So there is no mistake from my part..

              i already mailed on[protected] Service Request number LI[protected] and i got a reply from ur office on 20-jan-2020...u replied me that no claim bonus falsification letter for my policy number 201140030118700151800000 has been issued on 9-oct-2019.the same falsification letter was received by me via reg post on jan 2020.this letter has been raised by the company only after i had registered the claim.when i contacted your local branch at trivandrum they had informed me that even if i pay NCB premium claim settlement by the company will be denied..
              claim has been rejected by the company after the company has given the work permission.

                  I purchased a new hyundai i20 from rsa automotive showroom on 26/07/19 in vadodara and unfortunately vadodara faced floodlike situation on 31/07/2019. My policy no.201140020419800070800000. My car was drowned in flood while it was in apartment parking on 31/07/2019 night.
                  I sent my car to showroom workshop on 04/08/2019 and i was told that it will be fully repaired and no cost will be incurred by me as my car was fully insured against flood. Now insurance company said car suffered irreparable damage and its a total loss and i was told i will be reimbursed full idv of my car.
                  Now it has been more than 3 months insurance company is not able to settle the claim. I have been calling continuously from 3 months to showroom and insurance people still they are not settling the case.
                  I am tired of following up with the company and showroom people.
                  I want full idv value of my new car reimbursed to me as soon as possible as promised by showroom and insurance company.

                          I have raised multiple complaints, followed up daily but after 8 days no action taken on the complain .I have never found such bad experience with any DTH vendor before. I have raised complain on 2nd July 2019 and till date no one has responded back .
                          Is this the way Videocon handle the customer queries?
                          I have contacted the customer care everyday multiple times but every time the customer care asked the ID and put the call on hold which I think no other vendor does with the customers.

                            refund claim against flight cancellation

                            On 4th of may i cancelled my kannur to goa flight on ixigo which was covered under full refund policy.
                            Upon cancellation i contacted liberty general insurance to proceed the matter.
                            I was told i will be getting a call/mail within 24-48 hours. Its over two weeks now, and after every 48hrs when i call i am being told the same thing, you will receive a call/mail soon from the concerned department.
                            What is the point of going for free cancellation if the customer has to go through so much hassle. I have called them six times in two weeks and omly received vague excuses thatthe concerned might have missed to mail, they might have not received it yet etc.

                            I got a call from Liberty General Insurance resolution team, number - [protected]
                            He started with a rude tone and said its regarding the claim refund . Tell your devit card number, i said it's icici, he said veryyy rudely I'll be needing a government bank card, i said i have bank of baroda card, he said ok, give me the card number, i said atleast drop a mail regarding the claim amount that will be refunded, i cannot just give you my card number, he disconnected after blabbering something. I am not dumb 😒, who would sent the refund with just card number details .

                            I received multiple calls in a span of 2-3 days to submit the required documents, i asked how to submit them since there was size issue at their end for sending huge files, there was no reply, still i manged to send the documents in 3 mails, mentioning in each mail the document that i was sending. In 1-2 days i received a message stating that the compalint has been closed and on the contrary, the support team mailed and said we are looking into the matter. I have mailed them twice requesting to revert in case they need any other input from my end but i haven't received any reply yet. Giving their customer care a call always goes into vain. They only call repeatedly when the customer is busy with their work and then say i have asked you so many times to submit the documents.

                              I had requested for Temporary suspension of D2h services for 15 days from
                              04/02/2019 to 19/02/2019 as I was going out of station.

                              On our return Services were available from 20/02/2019.

                              Suddenly on 26/02/2019 services were stopped with the display on my TV that 'Due to insufficient balance in the account services are disconnected Error Code E16-4' whereas sufficient balance was available in the account (this is a misleading message this need to be corrected)

                              Immediately Rs.330 was transferred even then services were not resumed and same message was appearing on my TV.

                              Contacted Videocon d2h customer care and logged a complaint
                              No.[protected] at 11:55 AM on 27/02/2019. Resolution to be don by 3:50PM same day.

                              Problem not resolved by 5:00 PM on 27/02/2019

                              Again contacted Videocon d2h customer care and one new complaint No.[protected] was logged at 5:09PM. Resolution to be done by 9:08AM of 28/02/2019.

                              Problem not resolved by 1:00 PM on 28/02/2019.

                              Again contacted Videocon d2h customer care again one new complaint No.[protected] was logged at 1:08 PM. Resolution to be done by 3:08PM of 28/02/2019.

                              Problem not resolved by 3:30 PM on 28/02/2019.

                              Again contacted customer care again and explained the case to Supervisor Mr. Ajay Prajapati. He was neither able to give proper reply nor the reason of the delay and further more not able to given the time by which the problem will be resolved.

                              Tried to contact nodal officer Manish Girja Ph.[protected] several times nobody lifted the phone.

                              Tried many a times to talk customer care but no satisfactory answer. Now I am tired I want to escalate the problem thru TRAI for early resolution of the problem.

                              Now today(07/03/2019) received a message on my registered mobile that Complaint No.[protected] and[protected] are resolved whereas the d2h services not available.

                              Take action to solve the problem so that telecast is available to me at the earliest.

                                I have rechaged 240 on 02 feb bur still facing problem i have been calling cust care of d2h since 15 days no response found and not able to connect

                                Very poor serviec i am frustated

                                Also i called more than 50 time not connecting.

                                I also clinck button for for call back on d2h web sight no call getting.

                                  Recently i met with an accident and also i raised a claim for insurance. But i have just removed the damaged part from vehicle because it was in running condition to take it till workshop. Nandan came for survey. He did not checked the vehicle because it was dispensed. I requested him to check the damaged parts as well which was just next to vehicle. He ignored my words and asked to submit the documents and said that he has done the survey but cannot check the vehicle. But when i bought the vehicle, received the insurance documents. No where policy is mentioned. Then how will i know about this things. Now. I spoke with bharath (Manager). He apologized to me and said that insurance policy will be sending within few days. What is the use of sending policy after the claim got rejected. Along with this complaint, i will raise a complaint to consumer court and also everywhere else. Company name - liberty videocon.
