    i had taken insurance while booking my flight from ixigo.com that provide me ease to cancel the flight before 24hrs.
    I cancel the flight within time frame and register the claim and I send all the document on requested mail id.
    However they are not refunding my money and now they are not answering my calls after keeps me waiting for 30min. they cut the call...

    I have raised multiple complaints, followed up daily but after 8 days no action taken on the complain .I have never found such bad experience with any DTH vendor before. I have raised complain on 2nd July 2019 and till date no one has responded back .
    Is this the way Videocon handle the customer queries?
    I have contacted the customer care everyday multiple times but every time the customer care asked the ID and put the call...

    I booked my flight ticket from Hyderabad to Jaipur scheduled on 26th June 2019, (Booking Id: EMT[protected] under free cancellation insurance.     On 4th of may i cancelled my kannur to goa flight on ixigo which was covered under full refund policy.
    Upon cancellation i contacted liberty general insurance to proceed the matter.
    I was told i will be getting a call/mail within 24-48 hours. Its over two weeks now, and after every 48hrs when i call i am being told the same thing, you will receive a call/mail soon from the concerned department.

      Hi,

      I was registered accidental claim on[protected] registered on 25th may ‘2017. Surveyor (Mr krishan - [protected]) visited on workshop for survey but he did not approved all required parts those are affected during accident. E. G. : front fender, rim, wheel (Front), handlebar, handle cover (Maroon). All these are affected in accident. Surveyor told to me that i can’t approve four side of scooty. Why? Where is mention this clause in t&c?
      I was called liberty customer service but she told to me please contact to surveyor in-charge mr anil ([protected]) but his number never connected. Very bad experience with liberty.
      Why they are providing motor insurance service if they are not able to provide claimed.

      Please look into this on priority and suggest me should i petition or file complaint against him?

      We wish to inform you that we have reviewed the details of your claim with reference number[protected] with our claims department and as per the confirmation received, the damages to front mudguard, handle bar, handle cover, front wheel rim were accumulated and multiple in nature and were not correlating with the cause of loss hence the same were disallowed.
