[Resolved] E-Thottam — order not delivered fully but status has been updated as completed

We have ordered for one 300 vegetable pack and one 500 fruit pack. The vegetable pack got delivered after five days from the purchase and got signed for the receiving order. We enquired them about the fruit pack, they said it will be delivered by evening or tomorrow at the earliest. To my surprise, now the status has been stated as completed in site without delivering the fruit pack.

My orders #36426 placed on April 26, 2020, and 34351 placed on April 25, 2020, were not delivered. These orders weren't delivered. To my surprise, they have updated the status of the order 34351 as completed. I have called various contacts mentioned on their website multiple times. There is no response. Such a poor service is just not expected and adding stress.
