[Resolved] E-Zone Enterprise — without my permission this company made an agreement | |
I got a call from e-zone enterprise to work on a project which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and where 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number [protected] and when i had sent it, they sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. Then they filed an agreement without my permission and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. I also got user id and password to login on a app. I started working on it. They do not given me my work report when i was typing captcha. They told that they will send it in the evening and i found the wrong report. When i called and mail on company helpline to cancel my agreement they asked me pay 5000rs + 3500rs cancellation charge and said day by day cancellation charge will be increses. If i, ll not paying then they will take legal action against me. I want to cancel my agreement without paying any amount to them. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that, I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me, I will call to them, alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you

And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, so in short you dont have to pay anything, So do resolve your complaint without forgetting only after this mater will be closed. | |
