[Resolved] E-Zone Enterprise — work from home, fraud company | |
Hello sir/ madam I got a call from e-zone enterprise on 6th july 209 to work on mac2cap app which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and in which 90% has to be correct (Which didnt inform before agreement) when i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number [protected] (Currently switched off) and when i had sent it, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. Then they filed an agreement without my permission and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. I also got user id and password to login on mac2cap app. From 7th july 2019, i am able to start my work but when i started working on it i found it difficult to work. As i'm looking for world from home sing long i has confimed they calling person how much time does it take in a day to complete the task, she said it wont take more than 2 hour in a day, but sir in 2 hour a person can only do maximum of 400-450 captcha so how can one complete 10000 in just 10 days, yesterday my 10 days completed and i wasn't able to complete 10000 of course, they send the report o[censored]r daily work will is incorrect, total count, correct count, they show more number counts in incorrect captcha. Today i received email form email is "akshay [protected]@gmail.com" and asked me pay rs 5000 as one didnt complete my work, i reply then to fine few more days to me as it's taking more time then promised but the asked to pay 8500 to extend my work, i said i don't have money to any The said i have to pay otherwise they will take legal action against me. Sir i want to cancel my agreement without paying any amount to them. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly. Jul 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks you so much for such quick resolution, I got the phone call and email from your executive that my complaint has been resolved and I won't receive any call from e zone company neither I have to pay anything and as and when I mark this complaint as Resolved, my agreement with the company also get cancelled. As per instructions I'm entering the number and email I'd from where I get the resolution.
