Its a fake company
Dont take any membership in eaglewings
First they call us that we are lucky member got 25000 worth gift. After going there they give 1 hr session regarding holiday package. They force to take with out any discussion. They will make drama over there. Moving the persons belongs to same company. They will act like they are busy with some work..

Hi Mr.Sairam/Vishal, I don't want to comment anything about Eagle wings vacation as i have not experienced any bad thing till date.Just got registered yesterday and paid 91000/- as membership fee. Dint even think of the trauma my family is going through and blindly took the membership. My family & i are in need of money . Request the management to pl refund the amount and help us in the same. Consider our request on humanity grounds and oblige. Praveen

Hi My name is Rajesh, I got that sucking cheating call for almost 2 weeks from a random person that we got a gift and they are waiting for us to come and collect. As we were on the way outside when we got such call once, just thought of go a vist the place and see what it is all about. They after some formalities took me and my wife inside a room, explained about some damn thing in the world. My wife as she got little attracted, took hold of it and insisted us to choose for a plan of 45k and asked us to fill a form and gave us a an offer that we can pay 20k now and the rest 25k next month. My wife and me were keep on telling that it is very short time to decide upon that amount, but the people over there were so insisting. After that payment reaching home we called them again, if they could refund our amount, as in their presentation in there so called office they mentioned if in case we do not want to continue with this plan they help us transfer through their TAG agents, but now they said we have to pay full amount and there is no other go. I request Mr.Vishal or someone to please help resolve this.

Its been same story for me like others wrt Eagle Wings Vacations. Became member of Eagle Wings in 2012 and I have completed 2years so far. Commitment what Mr.Balraj gave is, can go for vacations for 14days through Eagle Wings and pay them 5k as maintainance charges. In case if we don't use Eagle Wings Vacation in a year we are eligible to sell the Trip through some TAG Agents. He said Eagle Wings is going to take care of everything for selling of trips but we need to pay some amount to TAG Agents. He said members can withdraw their membership at any point of time. Became Member by paying Rs.90, 000. Without finishing first week itself it began worst time with them. I paid 50k initially to become member and later converted the 90k to EMI. I got cheque for 50k which i have given to Eagle Wings. I visited bank around 1 week after receiving cheque. Account was not having sufficient amount and I had to visit few times to get my money back which is converted into EMI. Response I got from Mr.Sriram is, why haven't you visited the bank next day after he giving me the cheque (Mr.Sriram, cheques has validity right which means you should have the capacity to hold your money in your account till that data) Then I requested to cancel my membership which didn't happen since they said membership is for 5years and they said membership need to complete 2years to sell it. Didn't have any other choice and paid Rs.5000 to Tag Agent (Ambarish Travels). He used to call me twice everyday to become his member for selling my trips. Now that i finished 2years now Ambarish Travels didn't sell my trips and he is not picking up my calls. When called from other phone numbers he is picking up my call and says he is trying to sell my trips. No other updates and I have to find new numbers everytime when I need to contact him. No use so far. Informed the same to Eagle Wings and they are saying that they don't have touch with Tag Agents. I have given them 8months of salary and this is the worst response I have seen in my life inspite of paying them Rs.90, 000. And also over phone I have observed that they don't have much respect to their customers who have been paid so much money to them. In a total, I am very much disappointed with Eagle Wings Vacations. Why can't Mr.Sriram take some action on his team on false promises done by Balraj and I have seen similar done by others in his team who have lodged complaints in this forum. Can any one help me in this regard. Hope this reaches to Mr.Sriram to whom I have spoken many times over phone and nothing went in my favour.

they said they are offering one golden offer of which

they never given to any one...that they will offer

lifelong membership for 80K, and I wondered how can I

trust you they said they have tie ups with all companies

and bla bla...and finally their main HEAD SRIRAM SIR came

in and confirmed by reducing 10k...70K they are able to

give this membership..which includes access to all clubs

and a magic card which gives discounts to all outlets...

I thought this membership might be useful for at least

for my kids considering the Prices of future this might

be helpful for my kids atlast..But at last they taken

payment immediately from credit card and they taken

signatures on paper telling other details they fill in

later and its already 6:00 pm so I taken the document

what they filled and left the palce...After going home I

checked and shocked to see they given membership for 5

years only...I immediately called Sriram for the

same..he said there is no concept called lifelong

membership and it always 5 years and if you need to

extend you have to pay additional amount of 25k (appx)

every 5 years ...and next day I went had several

discussion with them and sriram sir is telling there is

nothing in his hands now and he is saying you already

and htis happened in November 2013.. as a common man I

cant do anything and I requested them what to do they

said that you have continue with us for next 2 years

alteast then they will refer to TAG Agents who will sell

my membership and I can get total money if I want...I

felt ok as I cant do nothing expecting atleast they can

be loyal after 2 years and asked them to send me the

membership details and I started couting my days but mean

while the service from them is very poor that I had

recieved doucments from them after 3 months after

desperate followups( acutally supppose to received in 40

days from them) that too with my wife name wrong...again

I informed them and it again taken 1 more month to get my

documents back...and this time my name spelling is

wrong...and The magic card what they given in

Dec is end date dec 2013 and later I didnt recieved

anything from them...
Vexed with their poor service I am frightened about my

70K money and went and spoken to them last month if they

are not returning my money either by cancelling or doing

what ever with membership I dont have a option except

filling a case...they turn the tables and now saying they

can send me to tag agents who will sell my membership...

I said ok after that 20 days I received a call from

Amabrish travels that they are assigned my Eagle wing to

sell my membership but to sell membership I have to pay

5k to them to get registered with them..First I said I

cant pay money if you sell somehting you can take some

money from that they didnt agreed...They keep on calling

and one fine day I am about do payment but lucikly I

googled for them and I identified that they will do all

people same...they taken 5k but they never sold

property...

I immediately called eagle wings but there is very poor

response saying you have to wait or pay money bla bla...

Please help me and get my money back from them

...especially that SRIRAM who is heading that company

saying lot of stories but they never keep a broucher for

their company saying rate tags...for fixed years..PLease

save me in this regard...

Got a call from Eagle wings vacations pvt ltd that i have got some lucky draw as i had filled a form at mall.they said that prize will b a kitchen set and a coupon for a free trip.when we went there they given as a presentation on vacation membership, I m on maternity leave and not working so told them that not possible for us to take the membership.The Marketing Manager (Mr Balraj) told us that they will convert out payment on 24 EMI and any time we can cancel our membership in that case we will get our money back so we paid 40000 from our HDFC credit card.Even Mr Balraj told us that there will b no processing fee or interest as they have tie up with bank.We went there on 1st of feb 2014.we have promised that the EMI will start from the month of May. But we got a big surprise on 15th of feb when we got our credit card statement with entire 40000 as payment.when we called them they said that we have to call bank and covert that to EMI and whatever will be the interest and processing fee they will pay when we called bank they said that conversion on this transaction is not possible.we went to eagle wings and told them the same they said they will update us on next working day as finance people was not there.there was no update from their side, every day i m calling them and requesting them to resolve the issue as this is a clear case of false commitment.they are not responding to our calls.when ever i have called to Mr Sriram his mobile no is off.d't know what to do as they are asking us to re swipe the card then they will return us that 40000 but we don't have credit limit.our payment date is on 7th march and till now no reply from their side. If Mr Sriram checking this plz resolve the issue.

Hi, I’m Pratham, I was on my routine, and I got a call saying that we are from Eagle wings vacations Bangalore. They said they selected me for one week trip to Maldives and told to collect the voucher in their office. They also said they will pick randomly the customers those who are purchased with their sponsors shops and malls. So I thought to cross check, I Google about the reviews about this company. I come across many bad reviews. After I decided to take a chance to visit their office and I went. They briefed about their company and all the things what they will do, how they will do and what are the opportunities they provide. After they handed over me the voucher, and said we will arrange all the arrangements for the trip based on certain conditions. That we need to deposit the cost for travel and food, so I decided to go not to take a risk. But many others came and deposited the money for the same package trip. So I took a chance and deposited the money, and as they planned, nearly 20 members went to Maldives and had wonderful time.

Hi, i recently got a call from Eagle wings team that we (my family) won a free trip through a lucky draw and with this an attractive kitchenette and vouchers. I went into the office and they gave a presentation of one hour, which was impressive but at the end they offered a package of 80k and asked us to take it immediately as it was a spot offer, with the following offers: 1- Assured stay in for 14 odd days in a year with star properties. 2- reduction in Air fare. 3- if the services shown and provided are not the same then immediate canellation of membership with Cost reimburse. 4- Discounts coupons for shopping. Being convinced we accepted the offer but the very next day my mom was diagonised with Kidney failure and i wanted the cash very urgent for the treatment. when called the representative (Rajnikanth) said we cannot cancel the membership but it can be tranffered to someone who will be intrseted. After this whenever i called either he is in a meeting or he is in a movie will call in 2 mins and unless we call hinm 20 times he will not answer the call, After two days of not answering the phone forced me to go and check in th office then i hear that he has lost his phone hence he could not call. (Note: to ensure a customer comes to office they have a landline through which every half an hour a person calls you). After viewing this kind of consumer treatment i had to speak to the higher up and after talking to higher up Sri Ram i understood that Mr, Rajnikanth has been making false promises to customers without the knowledge of the Higher up, after a long discussion i heard he is suspended for a week. Its coz of his false words i was carried away and now he is suspended. Whowever you are lookinmg after these complaints please take some seroius actions as there are numerous people who are cheated. I had to take a loan for my mom's treatment, having such a strong reason for cancellation the eagle wings team says sir, if a person give's us Full pay in hard cash, we will transfer your membership and return your money, the chances 99:1, This is consumer exploitation, this is a serious crime. All the above terms and conditions about Cancellation were hidden during the presentation, now when asked they say we cannot help it. Please Sir, i want nthe money to pay off the bank, Please help me.

I went eagle wings vacations pvt ltd to know the tour packages they are offering. They told me to participate in a activity that is about membership. Without interest i was joined in that activity. Felt bored, they take half an hour more to explain. I felt conclusion is better than their explanation. They asked me to join in that membership if i have any interest and offered a good deal. I thought it is worth and joined with in their membership. But please don't extend that activity. Its really wasting time. Make it short and explain the deals.

Eagle wings vacations pvt ltd is a bangalore based travel and tours company. They boastr of giving very good offer but as to visit their office where they ask for some kind of activity participation. The activity particiapation is kindda bore but the end product is reallly very good. I got bored with their activity particiapation and really wanted to quit that but any how managed till end. At the end they offered me a very good deal which I really couldn't resist. I am a satisfied customer but please skip that activity ot make some change o that it does not feel boring. Any ways Eagle wings do provide good options for travel and very descent deals. Thanks

Fake call regarding free gifts, deceiving and cheap marketing strategy

Hi I got a call saying that I've visited some listed shopping malls & based on the purchase made I've been shorlisted for a lucky draw. They called me a day prior and said itz a verification call and 20 winners will be picked. The next day they called saying u are a winner of worth rs 5000 and your name was announced in 24x7 news channel and asked me to collect the gift from j.P nagar. They sent a sms but it DID not mention the organisation's name I further checked on the details but they said its a direct surprise gift and no coupons, promo or memberships involved, just have to attend a 45 min of entertainment program and walkaway with the gift and also asked me to come along with family and carry a govt proof ID to ensure right person receives a gift. But when I went in person, things were different it was eagle wings vacation, jp nagar bangalore. There were around 0-15 families waiting they asked to fill a gift claim form and later took inside a room and a rep started saying abt the package, membership after 40 mins they gave the price details of 90k, 1.5l, 2.5l for membership for 5yrs, 15yrs, 20yrs. Also they are forcing to take up a decision on the spot as it is a discounted offer and shud be done within the same day same time. When refused they made faces and gave a gift pack which contained 6 glass bowls should be worth rs50 please beware
