I used to travel by khurana travels.. .at 06/10/2016 I booked seat in BusNo.MH 40 Y 6514.. There were a small carton box having few books.. When I reached at my pick up point they refused me for my language. I called their respective office they advised me too talk with driver. Both drive as well as office boy behaviour were rude.. If you can't give better service shut down your travel agency.. Language facilities is for travelling people...
