Very poor experience...

Pick an drop was OK. but in Shirdi, the agent who was representing KP Travels, cheated us by forcing us to buy Pooja items from his shop - we paid Rs. 550/= for pooja items which was not even worth Rs. 50 in total.

In temple all these pooja items were are not even utilized - total waste of money.

Very frustrating experience.

Please avoid or better be alert from these frauds.

Devnarayan travels bus has taken 60 rupees ticket from all passengers without ticket and misbehave from us. And he is not provided any ticket and taken money from all passengers and all money goes into the pocket of driver and conductor

my name is ajay gupta i am book the trip for shirdi shani shinganapur ranjangaon but driver is not visit the ranjangaon and shirdi tempal visit is not stay after darshan 5 minit driver bhaver is not good and brakfast hotel is very bad i suggest that not booked the kp travels.very bad service

Friends please don’t trust on KP travels services and there booking confirmation. Any time they will cancel their booking.

I was one of the victims of their service. I have book cab from them for Pune to Shirdi and I got confirmation SMS at 2.00 pm, my family was getting ready for trip and after packing we went for sleep, KP travels called me at 11.30 PM midnight to inform me that my booking has been canceled and they was forcing me to take a bus.
I told them my parent are with me that’s why I have book cab, but they don’t bother about this, because they want to fill their bus which was going to Shirdi.

You can feel how it was difficult for us and finally we have drop our Shirdi trip.

Pathetic. Thats the one word review i want to give but let me elaborate for every one's benefit. Its pathetic vehicle condition, no punctuality, very poor office staff cooperation. We(Three) went to Shirdi in their 13 seater bus where driver told us to come back by 2:00 Pm after darshan else he will leave without taking us. Looking at the queue it was absolutely not possible to come back by 2:00 PM so many o[censored]s ( Individual decision- i mean we didn't go together) didnt go for darshan at all and came back by 2:00 PM. 10 out of 12 retured at 2:00 and one couple didnt return yet. Driver said we will wait for 15 minutes more, than again 15 minutes than again same. This ended up over all wait for 2 and half hours. Everyone started frustating since all o[censored]s couldnt go for darshan just because drive said he will wait only till 2:00 PM. If he wouldnt have said that and we knew that he is waiting like until 5:00 PM like this, we could have gone for Darshan too .So we started arguing with driver and back in office at pune over call and driver shouted at us and abused as well. He abused ladies too and when my dad tried to stop he raised wrench( unfortunately he was changing tyre of other vehicle ) to him. I got so scared by such behaviors of driver.
They dont even give tea breakfast which is mentioned as inlcuded on the website. Not at all worth spending 999 rs. for travel to Shirdi from KP travels.

Please find my review for cab booked for shirdi(3 days).

Driver is fully money-minded. He collected the full amount(in
fact, he asked additional 500/-) on the first day morning of the trip. Never
seen like this before. Usually, collect the balance amount on the last day.

2.
Driver has no intention to show the sightseeing places. He
wanted to skip the places(telling, it will be crowded, no darshan possible so
on….). But, we could see the darshan in few minutes.

3.
For 60 kms distance for the place(for eg., Nashik to
Saptashrungi), he told 150 kms far.

4.
Even, we are not in the travel and driver is rested, he is
expecting us to call for the lunch/dinner. And, he behaves like, he don't
anything in shirdi.

And, when he drops for food, he always stops at the highway
hotels, and he is eating food in our money(for eg., 200/- for one time,
including mineral water bottle). And additionally, he took commission for the
hotel(one time, we saw Rs. 100/- given by the hotel).

And, the worst part is on the last day of the trip, in the
morning 8 o’clock, he was telling, he need to go home early. Hope, the trip is
for 3 complete days and last day is not just to drop to pune.

Instead of covering pune Ganapathi temple(dagdusheth
ganpati), he showed some temple in the pune-shirdi highway and dropped
at airport. And, he keeps calling to come early on the sightseeing place. Is
the trip is for driver’s convenience (or) for the traveller’s convenience?

Then, while dropping in the airport, he tried to cheat with the
kms driven. Even, the tip meter shows for the complete 3 days. He told, it is
only for last 2 days. He wanted to show extra 200 kms and collect money for the
same.

9.
Once, it is proved, he asked for extra money for toll and
parking, which was included in the trip.


To consolidate all the above points, I will never recommend
your travels to anyone in future.


Horrible driver/service by KP travels, Pune.

This links were updated just 1 week before my booking.
I called the person @[protected] & got confirmation for AC Cab Rs.950 /Person including Pickup, Drop, Breakfast & Tea (Same as what was mentioned in the above links) for Shirdi, Shani Shignapur & Ranjan Gaon - pickup @6AM.
Driver name is Rasal. His number : [protected].

He was so arrogant & was not helping my relatives, though I've requested him that my relatives don't know Hindi.
He was forcing them to buy Puja set for Rs. 500, though it's worth ~50Rs.

As per the plan, return time is 9-10PM. But the driver reached Pune @7PM without going to Ranjan Gaon Temple.
When I've asked, he told that its already late.

When I make the final payment, they insisted to make payment of Rs.[protected]/person). I've told him that I agreed for Rs.950.
He was not accepting.
Both the travel owners & driver were fighting & threatening me that they'll call police Unnecessarily.

Then I told them to bring Police, as I had the proof of the above links, then they reduced their voice, but still insisting me to pay Rs.200 after getting Rs.2000, otherwise driver will come & sit @my home.
After I left to my home, both Owner & Driver called me many times, I've simply ignored as I know that I've paid 100Rs extra already than agreed, so they can't bring Police, because they'll be in problem otherwise.

Though we've booked for AC service, he didn't use the AC at all & they didn't provide Breakfast & Tea as agreed in the package.

If you don't have any choice other than KP Travels, please make sure that you've the proper evidence for everything.
Atleast make sure that you are not getting this driver for your trip.
