Dear sir,

I have been receiving several harassment calls from different numbers like, +91 [protected]; +91 [protected]; +91 [protected] and also some mobile numbers. Their names are vanshika, daniel and harika etc., i have informed the early salary office many times that i am facing some financial problems, hence i could not pay the instalments. I have taken a cash loan of rs. 1, 59, 000/- (One lakh fifty nine thousand only) against loan a/c no. La[protected] and so far i have paid rs. 1, 44, 022/- till date including this month payment.
However, the collection agents are calling me, my family members like my wife’s uncle, my father, sister, brother-in-laws wife and friends. They are using very bad language. This is nothing but black mailing, and against the ethics of rbi guidelines and any other financial institutions.
When i applied for loan that time the early salary company has accessed my camera, contacts, social media contacts and location. That contact list the early salary has hacked and given to third party vendor. Now the people of third party vendor are calling to all my contact members and threatening that they will arrest me and using abusive languages to relatives.
I would like to inform you that someone hacked my face book account and they are calling to my friends and relatives on behalf of early salary and using abuse language. Please look into the matter seriously as per the extant rules because it is mental torture and harassment.

I am ready to pay the amount after actual settlement and i don’t want to receive any calls from the third party vender. This matter will be certainly reported to district consummer court, hyderabad, cyber crime branch hyderabad for sharing my contact details to third party to harass me and abuse my relatives.
I am also going to file case under sc/st atrocities ammendment act for insulting and defaming me among the relatives and general public, because they have called my driver and office staff.
As per the sc/st atrocities act if person (R) intentionally insults or intimidates with intent to humiliate a member of a scheduled caste or a scheduled tribe in any place within public view; this is an offence and crime under this act and punishable offence.

I'm still shocked how can they are calling to my relatives contact and how can they abused them. I need immediate action against them as per the rule. I also request you to kindly settle down the loan account so that i can make the genuine amount without causing loss to the company.

I vikram mondal, have taken a loan from early salary for the amt of 26000 for 3 months period. I have taken 12 loans from youll and all of them have been closed successfully and paid off. However i am facing some financial issues this month and i was unable to pay the emi, for which i am being harassed with numerous calls through out the day and also other people are being called posing as my reference that was given by me. The number which is being called [protected] and being harassed is no where related to me or no where related to the loan either and she being an elderly woman is being harassed. I called the customer care and spoke to ashish and informed him proactively that i have not paid the emi and will pay at the earliest as i have some financial issue and also asked to check my past history where i have been a customer for a long time and closed all 12 loans successful and on time. I asked him to check what reference numbers did i give at the time of the application, he stated that he does not have access to that information, which was absurd, being a early salary rep he cannot access that information. He further stated that the calls are being made by third party and they have access to the reference information but not him, which is even more frightening as i do not who and what kind of people have my data and what can they do with it its seems that my phone data has been hacked and been compromised, and i do not feel safe about. I do not want the number [protected] being called anymore. I have also filed a complain with the consume forum helpline and a copy of the email is being marked to the cyber crime of kolkata and pune and also a copy of the email is being marked to the rbi complain ombudsman for kolkata and pune.

I do not require a loan!! The auto dialler has kept calling my number for a month now, continuously. You need to stop! They keep calling me from several different numbers, i have tried blocking the numbers but in vain. Everytime i block a number, i get a call from the next. It's a series starting with 172 511

Here i m again and again told to recovery agents to my financial issue unable to make payment.. But agents calling me and my family, friends using bad language.. Pls do not ttorcher too much as any person think to deciding to do with his life.

Received call from mr. Ramesh yadav (Mobile no :[protected] as rbi norms they said to call contact list. When i apply loan that time accessed camera, contacts, location. That contact list they have hacked and given to third party vendor. Now that party vendor calling to all my contact members and threatening that mr balaji going to arrest. And using abusive languages to relatives. If not stops this illegal activity. I will go through media.

Am going to give police complaint against ur company as well as vendor. I need vendor details & collection manager number.

Dear early salary,

This is regarding your payment collection process. I have been a defaulter. I'm going through a tough time yet trying to arrange the money. However, your collection agents are behaving unruly with my family members, and threatening to call my contacts. Please understand that such arm-twisting is illegal. I'm willing to talk and come to a settlement. However, if such harassment is done again, i'll take legal actions.

I have an ongoing loan with early salary. My payment is delayed due to some financial crisis i am facing. I called your team and spoke to sandeep in this regards along with other agents. The behaviour of your employees is very arrogant and do not want to listen to anything. They called my relatives and abused with them as well. Along with that when i asked from where did you get their number. He refused to share that information and stated that i gave their number in reference. That is not true as i have not shared any number of any of my relative. Along with that they are treating now saying, now i do not want your emi and you will have to pay in full.
Being a financial institution customer facing, is this the way you deal with customers who are facing issues. I have taken loan with you previously as well and have paid all in time.
I am not denying to pay as well. I requested to pay partial amount now and rest by end of month. However, the attitude and behaviour of your employee is threating and very rude.
I want you to have a look at same and revert to me asap.

I have taken a loan of 12000 from es on 9 month of 2018 but I delayed payment due to some financial crisis. But I paid 16912 in month of Jan 2019 including everything late payment charges . But again in Feb 2019 I got calls that I have a 2505 amt as late payment charges I paid them at the same time even I received SMS that I have 0 blanace nowbut again after 2-3 months i satrted receiving calls that I have a balance due I showed the screenshots of SMS that I received from early salary then they stopped even I drafted a email to tbi and early salary regarding the same . And now in this month of Jan I again received calls from their team they started doing calls to my contacts and told them I have given their no as reference and they have to pay the ammount and as per my knowledge it is illegal to call my contacts and give them flase info .
Now in paid the whole amount just to stop them and now I am going to file a case against them for fraud and harassment

I had taken a loan of 42000 from early salary application and had paid my first emi of16000. I missed on second payment and there was a delay of 15days. Collections team contacted me and started abusing me and was harassing me continuously. I had written multiple emails on [protected]@earlysalary.com as well as [protected]@earlysalary.com. I just received auto generated email reply and no action was taken. Spoke several times with the custoemr care on[protected] but they always kept on saying we will get back in 24 to 48 hours but no action taken. Because of their delay in communication they have now charged me interest of 50000 extra. Now they have misused my phone contacts and calling all the contacts and abusing my friends, relatives and colleagues. This is so disturbing and has left me in huge depression. Kindly help.

I have taken early salary loan. I got call today for late payment. And custmer called me continuously and abusing me. I beg dont abuse me he continue for 6 hours. I disconnect call but repeat called me more than 40 times. The agent name nilesh called me throu mobile number [protected]. And another number as well. Droped email but not rply from custmer care

I have paid the emi on 1st jan 2020 and my last emi is on 1st of feb 2020. Then also till todays date my account is being hammered by bounces for the emi. Who will pay these such charges for my account. My first emi was on 1st of dec but i got delayed to do the payment, i paid it on 8th of dec 2019. Till that i was charged for rs 3442 rs for the emi of 6200. Means i have paid 50% charges for one delay. I requested for the statement of my account. But the format u given for the access password is not working i complained again and again but still i am not able to view the statement.
And at last i have paid the emi of this month then also it is hammering my account. So please i request you to have a look on it and reschedule my last my last emi on 1st feb which is of rs 6110. (Total outsanding=6110).
I have sent the screenshots of paid emi on the mail for costumercare of early salary.

I binod kumar sah maintained my account on 7th jan and as 7th jan 2020 is last due date of loan amount.
I am very disappointed that early salry team added 590 extra amount in my account and saying this is the ecs charges.
I tried multiple times to call their help desk but there was no response from their end.
In 2nd half of 7th jan i had a word with their team and i asked to pay because that was my last day of payment but he told don't worry it will auto debit, but it not happened, now they are asking extra money and giving threaten.
Their behaving are very rude doing harassing with bad words
And connecting number was out of service now he is saying due to technical fault.
I am requesting kindly take the action these type of fraud org. And kindly say them to remove extra amount from my early salary account as i am not able to pay i dont want their user.

Early salary company executives came in my company (Titan company ltd, bangalore) on sep' 2019 for showcasing their services. I felt interested and signed in for it but when i called customer care they didn't clarify the process due to which i instructed them to close my account in their site. They replied in affirmative at that time. But from nov. 2019 onwards they started harassing me for payment on the loan that i never took.

My account was auto debited for Rs 13000 on 3rd Jan but still its showing overdue in earlysalary app. I am getting multiple overdue messages also.
I have shared my account statement also.
I dont understand how long will it take to settle the amount.

I have took loan from earlysalary for 8640/- rs monthly emi from nov 2018 to oct 2019 tenure 12months, due to some personal issues i am not able to pay emi by due dates but i paid, however i have cleared all the emi's by oct 2019, due to late fee payment they have charged bounce charges almost nearly 1310 something.. So i have requested earlysalary team to waive off those penalty charges but i have didn't get any...

I was willing to pay the pending amount which i have taken, i just asked them how can i pay it manually, as m not willing to go for autodebit... They didnt have, they misbehave with me, i asked for charges they failed to provide the calculation... I was in need of 4k they said minimum amount you have to take it as 8k i denied to go for loan first of all they callrd me and notified me stating that your loan has been approved for 13k, you can click for proceed... I dont wanted to go for taking loan but they them self approved, after saying no also... Mr rohith from collection team was very rude

Early salary agent named karthik and anu from chennai called me and spoke in a very cheap abusive language about myself and family which made me broke down. Their phone number [protected]. They are so rogue and rude and torturing me like anything. Someone has to take action on these people on something. They started with whatsapp and then called and made it worse.

They have called up my relatives and abused them and have been rude even after knowing that my family is facing serious medical conditions since may 2019. All relevant medical documents have also been shared with them.
According to law thay cant discuss my debt with anyone else. Over here, it is been violated several times. I have emailed the customer care too but have received no help so far.

I closed loan on october 2019, i checked october cibil report is shown overdue amount, november report also same, from december 4 i asked why it was not updaed, there asked to send cibil report i send, then there are it was missed out we will update, continue following for pas 10 days, now there saying i will take around 30 to 45 days to update, if i made one day delay also there are charging and update is cibil, while closing there are taking this much time, beacuse of not update my personal loan was rejected.
