I have taken a loan of 12000 from es on 9 month of 2018 but I delayed payment due to some financial crisis. But I paid 16912 in month of Jan 2019 including everything late payment charges . I binod kumar sah maintained my account on 7th jan and as 7th jan 2020 is last due date of loan amount.
I am very disappointed that early salry team added 590 extra amount in my account and saying this is the ecs charges.
I tried multiple times to call their help desk but there was no response from their end.

Early salary company executives came in my company (Titan company ltd, bangalore) on sep' 2019 for showcasing their services. I felt interested and signed in for it but when i called customer care they didn't clarify the process due to which i instructed them to close my account in their site. I have took loan from earlysalary for 8640/- rs monthly emi from nov 2018 to oct 2019 tenure 12months, due to some personal issues i am not able to pay emi by due dates but i paid, however i have cleared all the emi's by oct 2019, due to late fee payment they have charged bounce charges almost nearly 1310 something.. So i have requested earlysalary team to waive off those penalty charges but i have didn't get any...

I was willing to pay the pending amount which i have taken, i just asked them how can i pay it manually, as m not willing to go for autodebit... They didnt have, they misbehave with me, i asked for charges they failed to provide the calculation... I was in need of 4k they said minimum amount you have to take it as 8k i denied to go for loan first of all they callrd me and notified me stating that your loan has been approved for 13k, you can...

Early salary agent named karthik and anu from chennai called me and spoke in a very cheap abusive language about myself and family which made me broke down. Their phone number [protected]. They are so rogue and rude and torturing me like anything. Someone has to take action on these people on something. They started with whatsapp and then called and made it worse....

They have called up my relatives and abused them and have been rude even after knowing that my family is facing serious medical conditions since may 2019. All relevant medical documents have also been shared with them.
According to law thay cant discuss my debt with anyone else. Over here, it is been violated several times. I have emailed the customer care too but have received no help so far....

My biggest mistake is to fall in their trap. I was in a mall around feb 2019 when 2 early salry reps forced me use this app and take a loan of 5000 on lieu i will get lot on benifits, cashbacks etc. I never needed a loan of 5000 for christ sake!. Anyway the misery started from then and there. I repaid the amount pretty quick in 3 installations 2 of 1700 and the third of 1500 within the timeline i selected probaly 3 months, the app or say...

These people are charging 500-600 extra extra charges on my account every month. when i call them and ask they reply that i havent maintained balance in my accounts. Even after submitting the bank statements as a proof of maintaining balance in my accounts. they still are not refunding the amount. No help via customer care also. it has been more than 3 months now and no wthey have also stopped receiving my calls...

One of the employee of early salary today call my sister & due to absence of my sister, brother-in-law’s received the call & then the employee of early salary abusing her very badly. I have also call recording.

The early salary person came in our office and approached for download the app and after app installation the executive of early salary transferred the amount of rs 5000 to future pay account without my confirmation, i told them i don't have requirement of this future pay wallet balance so reverse the amount. Now they forcing me to pay emi on this unused amount and early salary company has sending the message and mails for payment with overdue....
