KB221022AXBJS - This loan account is tagged to my account. my pan number is ending with 926F. and my phone number is ending with 5143
please refer to attached pdf. please check and remove at the earliest else i will go to RBI

Early salary agent name Sweta and Biswajit calling my number and my mother's number and using abusive languages.
How they are calling my phone contacts without my consent.
How they are getting my phone contacts? They are hacking my phone to get the contacts.
They are using such lame languages towards my parents.
I have all the call recordings.

Hi Team,

Your employee urinated in our building premises today on back wall- please stop dirty job else I will file police complaint today.

As informed I won't pay if you keep doing nonsense nuisance. i demand a compensation of 9000/- for the misbehaviour by early salary employee.

Your this month emi that's why kept on hold for misuse of lending process and non-resolution of past mischiefs by your employees- please find attached duly signed letter by your employee.

I have availed of the loan of Rs.10K from EarlySalary(Fibe). Due to the Job layoff and family problems as my father is still admitted to the hospital due to serious ill so I couldn't able to clear the loan. I asked the EarlySalary(Fibe) representative and sent an email to settle the loan. I'm ready to settle the loan amount by arranging for 10K which I have taken by 8th September. Also, I have asked for a penalty waiver but they are not ready to give a penalty waiver and now they are asking me to pay the full amount with a high penalty which is around 15k. I still did not get the Job and struggled to survive on a daily basis. But with this harassment, I can't survive also. Please help me to settle the amount or help with the penalty waiver.

I bharat solanki ([protected]@gmail.com) took loan from the ealry slalry in 2021 and in end of 2021, the agent came on door with police man of bansaggudi police station bangalore . said we are from there and we need 60k now else i will throw out all item and even slap and sexual abused done. I arrangged and shared him, latter after 2 years again from the [protected] aggent number is whatsup text aggain same line and sayingg will humilate . before this in span of 2 years I have sent 2000+ email to get closure paper of loan but no repsonse, but to threat they are ready to give . Can you please look into the care.
Esle in frustartion i may speak wrong which will go wrong.

Fibe formerly earlysalary keep harrassing even i told them that I don't have money right now also I'll make the payment by this month end but they keep calling me and messaging me. They even threating me that they will recover money from my family members. I didn't even share my family details and the question is how they have my family contact number. They simply stole my data and it's a violation of datat breach and privacy violation.

I took a loan from early salary now its become fibe. In covid time i need money, my company not able to provide salary so i took loan 30000 from early salary (fibe). In November i lost my father and now whole responsibility of family on me. From april 2023 i started to work and i get continue call from eary salary and he said his name is Anil([protected]). and i told him everything and also said that in next month i'll pay one emi when i get my salary but he said no pay right now . i also said that right now i dont have money to pay emi afterthat he started to call on my contact which they took on that time when i applied for loan. I just need some time.. I lost every thing in covid and not able to take responsibility of my family due to financial problem. But now started to work and slowly slowly everything gonna fine. I already paid 11k and time to pay other emi but he is not ready to understand and calling my contact. Please help me. I also want to clear my loan. He said golibaaz ho aap..goli dena hota to 11k kyu pay krta bhai...haalat sahi nhi h mere financial. Pay kar dunga next month se dhire dhire salary aate hi.. Please try to understand...mujhe pure din call krne se ya mere contact pe call krke unse bolne se nhi mil jayega apko...aap bss meri image kharab kr rhe h mere friends and relatives ke bich...please mujhe time dijiye...mai kr dunga

Cleared a loan taken from the company Early salary/ Fibe and even after closure no NOC from the company

Hi I had taken a small
Loan from Earlysalary/Fibe and have closed the loan by paying off and clearing my loan but NOC has been sent to me following closure.

Though i have explained and asked for help over email, the agency does not care and kept on doing things against RBI guidelines .
They have been doing this to almost all the customers who are facing financial crisis during the time where there is so much of job loss going on.

Your collection and recovery agent regularly call to my contact and...per day wish call me another another person and threat me like that also contact to my office colleagues that's why my job infected...some day before I'll complain early salary but not responding...i am file a complaint against you because your company say your RBI registered company but your company not follow RBI guidelines...right know my financial condition is not good but Little bit I'll pay my loan every month...but your recovery and collection team is not stop to call my contact and abuse i know how to challange your company in count

Dear early salary your agents is calling my contacts and also abuse them right now i am unable to pay my whole loan so i am paying some amount i have but your recovery agent calls every day my contact and also threat me every day i know about RBI GUIDLINE and i also mention this number.
