I’m getting unwanted calls from Early Salary for loan at any odd time.
I’m really frustrated now.

I enrolled in intellipaat for azure masters training program, After 2 classes i came to know that it is not upto the market standard, I am requesting the Intellipaat team to consider my request for cancellation of course enrollment as I am final on this decision after careful consideration and contemplation but now intellipaat is not responding to any mails and calls.

I want to confirm my cancellation request and
'Early salary' is not supporting in this case.(Intellipaat is the client of 'Early salary')..

I want to cancel my course subscription and also my loan from Early salary

I have cleared the loan with some delay. Also paid 4089 fine has been deducted. Still it is showing 8k fine. Already in mails explained our issue and said can't pay that much fine. after looking above 12k fine on loans Now I believe taking loan from earlysalary is my mistake.. many times I have paid fines that's y putting more fines and collecting amount.

Again you are charging fine on the fine. If you put fines like this we can't continue using earlysalary app.

I borrowed loan from early salary, due to some work I missed November month dues. I have written a mail that explaining the situation to early salary but they are not at all responding and the recovery agent name Riya Rai ([protected]) has continuously harassing me like hell. I am explaining my situation to her over phone call however, she is not listening and she warned me that today before 5pm I want payment and she is scolding me that “if you don’t have capability to repay, then why did you took loan”

Even EarlySalary stealing data from contact list, Google pay, PhonePe and from some other apps also. They are breaching individuals privacy which illegal in India. In onw word Early salary is fraud company operating on multiple cities so guys better to take LOAN from banks.

The collection agent lady Riya Rai is torturing me and I’m mentally disturbed and I have to suicide other than this I don’t have option with me.

EarlySalary keep opening new personal account without my acknowledgment. It's all reflecting to my cibil report... So i asked EarlySalary by sending email for deleted my account permanently and also closing all personal loan accounts. But no response from them !!!

I informed multiple times about the unprofessional behaviour of ES employees.

Yesterday i received a message on whatsapp from one of your employee with mobile number [protected]. He started message with abusive word.
He was asking for payment. I told him that I shall pay on 1st Jan 2022
He steals some of number from.my contacts and says that he will call then and abuse them.

I told him I shall pay on 1st Jan 2022.

Today he called on person named Manoj Chauhan ([protected]) and started abusing him. He recorded his call. He abused him very badly.

I called to the ES person and told him I shall pay on 1st Jan 2022. But he insisted for today and also threat me that he shall call to other persons and told me few names.

Please look into this matter on urgent basis.

Already paid but still getting calls from recovery agency and also affected my CIBIL my pan no Gnaps9512L

I have already settled my account (LA/[protected]) in September, but still not updated in CIBIL and also receiving calls of recovery, written several mail but of no use, plz update and try to solve,

My name suman haldar, i took a loan from early salary. My phone no is-[protected]. But some how due to covid i lost my jod and not able to repay. I need time to repay that i told them also.
But recovery agen threats me, using slang languages and told me that will call your contact list and use slang languages. What is this? Pls look on this matter

I have already paid all my EMI no pendency is there from my end still they are saying 10000 rupees are pending at my end from 2018. and it is reflecting in my cibil

I have taken Mobile App loan from Early Salary.
What they did is they enabled auto debiting from the account. They are debiting more money from my account. but they are not showing in their APP.

Kindly help me to suite a complaint against them. I have paid more than 30000 thousand and they are debiting more amount without proper documents.

Please some advocates help me to procede against the best Mobile Loan giving company Early salay.

This is not fare to take more money from the account. This kind of apps making problem.

IF any case is going against early salary can help me to get justice.

If I am checking their Statement, they are sending only the paper without statement.

Feeling very concerning regarding Loan EMI Repayment.Due date doesn't get over you're presenting NACH earlier. And even if we pay the amount through bank account also it's not been accepting . If a due date is on 5th have to wait till EoD of that date that's the procedure of presenting not the day start in the earlier. Even if you present like that shouldn't charge penalty.

Have spoken with support team since yesterday (Nov 05, 2021 ) - Due Date ... Before noon itself and today I spoke with couple of persons regarding this no use... They charged 590 rs penalty ... Have taken app loan from other companies but they are not like this as Smartly Cheating the people ... Gonna do review and do publish this wherever it is possible ... Seriously, cheating work ... 590 rs charge ... very ridiculous...

My name is sayan bose to day i have pay my emi and i know that have some due but the recovery agent of early salary continues call my relatives and use abusive language and the same has been to inform to early salary grievance cell but still call are coming and harass to our relative. I have loge a complain to cyber crime department.

I am frequent customer to earlysalary, This month EMI got delayed because my friend got into problems for whom I have taken the loan. Written to earlysalary collection team to give 10days time to clear amount. But in calls they are forcing to commit payment will be done today. Calling me continuously. Forcing to do payment on the spot.

I have applied for a loan for Rs.50, 000 from early salary on 3rd October, till yesterday the status was showing money transfer is delayed and when I called the customer care yesterday they told me it's delayed because of bank holidays and I will get the money within the end of the day.
When I again checked the status yesterday evening it's showing money is already disbursed by 3rd October but I dint get any money credited to my account. I shared my bank statement with them on 5th Oct to verify the same.

From 4th October I'm calling their customer care every time they are asking to wait for 24-48hrs but no resolution provided till now. I no more need the money from them I just want to close the loan but their customer care agent 'Namratha' told me it's not possible to either connect me with a concerned team or close the loan and asked me to file a legal complaint on Early Salary and on her name.

My name is vandana vaibhav more, I am working with Kotak Mahindra Bank as deputy manager.
I hve applied for mba through emi but afterwards I change my mind to pursue with mba. Right now I have some financial issues and I am not prepared by my mental health. I have done the cancellation through early salary app for this loan but then also it's showing as its active tommarrow amount will get debited . I don't want to get debit., Please help me. I have approached to ashwin but he didn't help me, kindly help me in this .

I am Amit Singh took loan of 9000Rs from Early salary Loan account number: LAI[protected]. I took this loan during my notice period and asked them to submit my emi after two months which they agreed and processed my loan amount Rs9000.I received one mail from early salary on 13th November 2018 itself for paying EMI or else it will impact my cibil which is totally wrong as I informed them after 10th December 2018 I can do the payment. Inspite of these they every month processed ach to my bank and bounce charge 500RS added to my bank account multiple times due to which I became angry and not paid amount in month of December also as I can see for 9000Rs principal they made outstanding of 14000Rs approx. and bounce charge bank separately which is not at all correct as per interest rate.
I used to received daily message and mail from early salary and I told them clearly that amount is showing wrong and I cannot pay almost double amount within 6months because your interest rate which I signed and amount which you are asking have huge difference in it. Many executive s[poke to me and they said they will check internally and come back but they never came back more then a year passed away.
In the month of Feb 2020 this organization people forwarded my file to some agency as per there words which I have call record and messages too he asked me to pay amount else they will inform my relative and all which is totally harassing me. Whereas they did the same they hacked my phone data and randomly called multiple person and informed him I am fraud took loan and also warned me If i dnt pay Emi amount they will leak manything to my contacts so I asked them that already I have bounce charge of 5000Rs bank and your outstanding amount is almost double so they asked me to do settlement with Rs 10000 amount which I agreed and paid within time they gave me for which I have mail and they said after that I will get NOC and this account will be closed which never happened I informed them after doing payment they said after 15 days it will get closed once waiver amount removed and till that I waited and COVID came in scenario in India.
Everyday I used to call that legal team and guy who asked me to settle pay amount early salary account they used to say once office resume it will get closed and after few days they stopped picking my calls and I used to get daily message of paying amount and call which totally harsh me make me mental weak.
Although after this incident also again I thought lets close this and move out so when there executive used to call me regularly one day I asked tell me how much amount I need to pay he shared me a link and asked to Pay which I did payment on 22nd September 2021 for getting relif from them she told me after paying this much your account will get closed and will provide NOC and from next day of my payment she blocked me and still I got mail and messages to pay another amount.
My point here is this company is doing wrong business in India giving small amount and charging twice within 6months its illegal .
Secondly how could they take access of any one contacts and call them for such small amount and issue to blackmail If it so then this company must be blocked.
I am from technical background I paid them for closure twice but they dnt they are doing business unwantedly and impacting cibil which is against law.
Kindly check and help it to close as i dnt have option now they are harassing's me from 3years for 9000Rs which already I paid I do have settlement amount mail chat call records all handy whenever where required will share it publicly else I need to go open live forum everyday on social website and later it will take such way that there business will get closed because now these person are making my life hell by call mail and doing fraud with me.
I want them to close my account and provide me NOC else let me know what they want so that I can go for further action.
there executive also shared me account closed snapshot which I can share publicly how could account get opened next day again this company must be banned. For any information kindly reach me below details

I will take a loan and that time i am unable to pay loan but recently i was pay half of loan amount but here recovery agent vicky was hacking a date and call my contact list and call few unknown people i don't know him and he was on conference call he was use a such a abused language and saying very bad word so was file complaint against this kind of herrassment and cyber bully thread

Hi - I am receiving fraud call from one person, he says that he is from early salary and asking for money. I am not a customer of early salary though getting call. His mobile no is +[protected].

Please investigate the matter and make sure no one else get such fraud calls in future.
