Dear Sir,

This is Gunjan Sananse From Ahmedabad. I have borrowed Loan from Early Salary (Ashish Securities Pvt Ltd. – Mumbai) Last year Rs.60000/-

After Lockdown my condition was pathetic. I am suffering from financial Condition lot.

My Total Outstanding is Around 32000/- I am regular Customer of This Company now a days I suffer for Regular Bread. And Recovery agent Ms. Anjali Sharma (Mobile No – [protected]) Harassed me Lot. They also called my Relative. I feel ashamed. Please sir do the needful otherwise no chance
To live this beautiful earth.

Please Intervention in this.

I have 2 little child I don’t want to do anything wrong I will also clear all the dues as early as possible.

My position is very critical now.

Hope you understand the situation and do something as early as possible.

    I can't pay on time bcoz of my job loss, I take loan 10000rs and I pay more than 5000rs in her account from the lockdown recently I started my new job but his executive giving threats regularly to me and access my all contacts from my phone book and harassing my relatives and I also complaint in the RBI so pls don't do this and stop calling on my access contacts Mobile no -[protected]

      I lost my job, and couldn't make the payment.
      When the excetive reached out, I agree to pay.

      Even after that she was threatening and being abusive. I asked her to allow me 3 days to pay..as I will receive salary on April 1st.

      I dropped an email, no response...
      I keep getting these abusive calls and threatening calls

        They gave me 3 loans which I have paid along with interest

        1st loan was "Cash Loan" which I took on 9th July'2019 for Rs. 12, 000/- which I paid on 30th July'2019 along with Interest Rs. 12, 669/-

        2nd loan was "cash Loan", which I took on 2nd August'2019 for Rs. 24, 000/-, which I paid in 3 instalments of Rs. 8, 689/- on 1st Sept'2019, Rs. 8689/- on 1st Oct'2019 and Rs. 8, 645/- on 7th Nov'2019.

        3rd loan was "amazon pay gift card" which I took on 7th Nov'2019 for Rs. 6, 000/-, which I paid in 3 instalments of 2, 000/- each on 1st Oct'2019, 7th Nov'2019 and 30th Nov'2019.

        but in their app, intentionally or unintentionally, they are showing that they have given one more loan of 12, 000/- on 9th July'2019 as "Other Loan" (same day on which they gave 1st loan), and they adjusted my EMI's of 2nd and 3rd Loan with that, and now continuously following up for repayment.

        many times I have forwarded my bank statement showing all transactions through whats app to most of employees calling for repayment, every time they assured me of getting this sorted, but nobody did anything and this turned into harassments and abusing calls.

        I am attaching my bank statement, Screenshot of Early salary (showing total 4 loans, and on 9th July'2019 showing 2 loans of same amount of 12, 000/- but gave only 1 loan) and calculation sheet of my 3 loans

          I lost my job and I am not able to pay the emi . This guys keep on calling with different numbers and talking rudely. +[protected]
          Is early early really Indian app or Chinese app ? I got few call’s from China too

            Their personal harass verbally by calling again and again with different numbers when already spoken with someone.
            They call our family members if we take 3-4days extra after the conversation.
            There are several harassment calls when we speak in normal tone, they'll abuse and they don't cut the call untill the payment is done.. that too forcefully..
            I have lost our jobs and for that reason we're asking for the time of 4-5days.. then also he's continuously forcing us to pay today itself

              Dear all

              after raising the request to early salary local person from the collection department has called me and told me he is lawyer and he will check were ever the account is there in bank he will take the amount from that bank i asked him i had given the request to your customer care still there is no reply i am waiting for that. I have taken the loan of 60 k and i cleared 30 k i am asking for the settlement but the collection executive is threatening the same. and he deleted the message what he posted Requesting for the help

                I would like to inform you that My name is Ajay Kumar Jha and I have taken a loan from your site Early Salary . My loan id number LAI[protected]. unfortunately i didn't maintain my account so my all cheque has been bounced due to this Covid-19. You know the theses pandemic situation everybody lost their job after that i will pay every month by payment apps. I received amount 12500/- loan as i already paid. But still showing outstanding amount Rs 18500/- It means how its comes 18500/- for 12thousand loan.

                In view of the above i request you to please waiver those charges and issue NOC certificate to me. So we can take further facilities from your company.

                    EarlySalary — rude and impolite behaviour of collection executive[protected] and [protected])

                    This is regarding your payment collection process.Some one will call as lawyer, police and consumer court employee
                    I have been a defaulter. I'm going through a tough time yet trying to arrange the money.
                    However, your collection agents are behaving unruly . Please understand that such arm-twisting is illegal.
                    I'm willing to talk and come to a settlement.
                    However, if such harassment is done again, i'll take legal actions.
                    If I get to know about any such calls hereafter, I will take legal action

                      Your collection team is following unethical practice to collect debt. I have lost my job due to pandemic and i told your loan recovery team to settle the account as i dont have job and no source of income. Lady told me to pay 5000 and after that they will close the account. I anyhow arrange the payment and deposit to their loan account number. After payment their collection team is calling on my contacts and abuse them to make the payment. Telling my parents that they will beat me and throw me in river. Did they got permission to call my contacts and harrass them. Did they got rights from indian constitution to beat me and throw in river. When i informed early salary about same they also didnt listen. Need solution on this as they are calling my number 50 times and on my contacts 30 times. Please advice as what to do?

                        I met with an accident so I could not able to pay the last month loan and this month I am asking time through the mail but they are saying that they forwarded It to the collection team.I am telling them clearly that I cannot pay this I pay the emi correctly from next month I told them but they are not even understanding I will make a complaint to the police regarding this I[censored] harrase me like this I didn't tell I will not pay the loan I'm just asking time to pay it as now only I started working and will get salary only next month .if they keep on calling or mailing like this surely I will make a complaint to the police

                          Their recovery team unlawfully calling all the people in my contact list and abusing them. I have marked a mail to settle the amount and close the loan but they don't reply to my mails but call people in my calling list and abuse them. They use foul langauge with all my family and friends. I have written so many times to them on facebook but they always deny about the calls. After even sharing the call recordings. They started calling by not taking the name of Early Salary. They take different names so that they can deny the charges.

                                  After informing the agents through whats app and over phone that I and my entire family is running covid 19 situation and whatever payments or settlement if any can be done on the month of February, still they have called up my relatives, friends and other people numerous times .                                       My employer has not paid my salary in full since the day one I RESUMED my work, since 1st February, 2020.

                                      My employer now says that the company cannot afford to pay and agreed for last working day, which is 31st January, 2021.

                                      Please advise my options as to how to ensure my full dues are paid by my employer.

                                        Hi
                                        I had taken a loan about a year ago. And I have paid the full amount as well.
                                        However an agent from the company did not close my account. And I have been charged late payment fees every month.
                                        I did speak with an agent and they told me to pay an amount to close the account.
                                        I paid as agreed and after that the agent is not responding to my calls neither did he close the account as promised.
                                        If you deduct all the late fees for which I have been charged you would see that I have nothing left to pay. They have been charging me for a mistake made by the company

                                        Please look into this issue on an urgent basis
