Your collection team is following unethical practice to collect debt. I have lost my job due to pandemic and i told your loan recovery team to settle the account as i dont have job and no source of income. I recently mailed/called Early salary regarding my closure and deletion of my personal details as I have not used my account for any transactions till date.

But they are forcing me to keep the account open and rejecting to close my account.

Their personal harass verbally by calling again and again with different numbers when already spoken with someone.
They call our family members if we take 3-4days extra after the conversation.
There are several harassment calls when we speak in normal tone, they'll abuse and they don't cut the call untill the payment is done.. that too forcefully..
Me and husband both have lost our jobs and for that reason we're asking...

My employer has not paid my salary in full since the day one I RESUMED my work, since 1st February, 2020.

I had taken a loan about a year ago. And I have paid the full amount as well.
However an agent from the company did not close my account. And I have been charged late payment fees every month.
I did speak with an agent and they told me to pay an amount to close the account.
I paid as agreed and after that the agent is not responding to my calls neither did he close the account as promised.

Sir, I have a settlement with Early Salary and I have paid the payoff balance as per the settlement. I have sent the payment proof and call recordings to the concerned authorities. However, the loan is not yet closed from early salary and I am frequently getting calls and emails to clear the dues. It is really frustrating and harassing me.

Earlysalary has again played the same way, like always, the agents & they have shared me settlement letter for 11k which i have already paid on 10th Nov, but still they have charging interest & also bounce charges have also been added in bank....
