EarlySalary — Charges which is not liable

As i Remember in the month of September or October i called early salary app and enquired about my emi amount and some general information but also i have informed that i would like to change my due date and they said they will make it for 20 to 25 ( i don't remember the exact date) and also they will send me the confirmation too.

So i was in the impression that my information was updated and i can make the payment a
accordingly .

I went to Europe and i was making my payment and then i have relised that i have paid all the money but my account still has 10k balance which is just late fees and stuff. I agree that in 2 months i was late and for that I'm ready to pay 2k but not 10k for only late fees.

FOR THEIR MISTAKE WHY WOULD I PAY THE 10K AMOUNT
