I have been a customer for Early Salary since 2018.
I have made sure to pay on time and never have missed EMIs
During the time moratorium was offered I took it and once again started paying from June 2020. In August I was unable to pay due to salary issues and the team extended it. For September too I am unable to pay and I send the team my bank statement saying I can't pay and if they can give me some extension till November. I send them multiple emails but no one bothers to reply. On top their collection agents keep calling n threatning me. Also they told me as per internal policy I'm not eligible for restructure of payment. When I asked what's the policy they couldn't say it. It's complete harrasemet to a customer who has been loyal to these people for 2 years. Please help
