I was a loyal customer of Early Salary. I haven't missed any payment before Pandemic. I used to repay the full amount the very next month of loan disbursement.
But due to the Pandemic all changed. I lost my job and so missed a few EMIs. But still I managed to pay a few EMIs post Pandemic.
The collection department people use abusive words which put me in deep frustration.
I said, I don't have anything to repay. I only have my Mangal Sutra and today is Tuesday so no one is accepting this so give me two days. She says, I don't want to hear all these Sentimental things and she uses dash words and all. She says "If you can't repay the EMI why are you taking Loan" "Don't talk show your capability in paying the amount"
They even called my contacts. There is no privacy in this App.
