EarlySalary — Did not get my Loan Closure Letter - Loan account number: LAI[protected] Total due amount: 17846.0

Sir, I have a settlement with Early Salary and I have paid the payoff balance as per the settlement. I have sent the payment proof and call recordings to the concerned authorities. However, the loan is not yet closed from early salary and I am frequently getting calls and emails to clear the dues. It is really frustrating and harassing me.
Kindly take care of my concern.
