They have taken the settlement money but have not provided the settlement letter and after takingvthe money they call after2 months and says the interest has been accumalated, the miney you have paid has gone towards interest now you have to pay more, they intentiinally delay the settlement. I took 24 have paid 14 and was promised a settlement letter now they are asking for 20k more... First i paid 7k they said they will settle for 20... Took the 7k and no response, after 3 mo ths tbey called again took 8k offered 20k settlement took the 8k, no letter guven and now forcefully calling my famiky people, abusing and asking for 20k. Please help me get out of their debt trap.

The Early Salary app does not seem to have a customer service desk.
No one answers the phone.
No chat agents available.
No one replies to the email.

I was denied a loan. I dont have complaints about it.
But I needed to have the account closed because it has my sensitive information. No one is bothered to do so.
