EarlySalary — late fee under covid 19 period | |
Dear all, I am writing to you as complain that none o[censored]r representative has taken any action on complain done for waiving of the late fee and penalty levied due to late payment. As due to covid 19 the payment got delayes and rbi has also announced the same for no late fee and penalty charges. There was no mail and message from yourside to opt the same. I want to close the loan therefore request to please take the above request. Lastly i want to say this will be my last request or else i have to take certain action on same because there was also behaviour issue fro your call representator.
