EarlySalary — Loan Activated but payment not received in my bank

Address:404, The Chambers, Viman Nagar Pune, 411014

I had applied for the loan on dt.8 jan 23 through EarlySalary but the money was not credited in my bank account and my loan also got activated.
I contacted fibe for this through mail and phone but didn't get any just making excuses.
