EarlySalary — Loan status showing active and money disbursed but the amount is not credited my bank account

I have applied for a loan for Rs.50, 000 from early salary on 3rd October, till yesterday the status was showing money transfer is delayed and when I called the customer care yesterday they told me it's delayed because of bank holidays and I will get the money within the end of the day.
When I again checked the status yesterday evening it's showing money is already disbursed by 3rd October but I dint get any money credited to my account. I shared my bank statement with them on 5th Oct to verify the same.

From 4th October I'm calling their customer care every time they are asking to wait for 24-48hrs but no resolution provided till now. I no more need the money from them I just want to close the loan but their customer care agent 'Namratha' told me it's not possible to either connect me with a concerned team or close the loan and asked me to file a legal complaint on Early Salary and on her name.
