EarlySalary — Need to settlement/Penalty waiver

I have availed of the loan of Rs.10K from EarlySalary. Due to the Job layoff and family problems couldn't able to clear the loan. I asked the EarlySalary representative and sent an email to settle the loan. I'm ready to settle the loan amount by arranging for 10K which I have taken by 8th September. Also, I have asked for a penalty waiver but they are not ready to give a penalty waiver and now they are asking me to pay the full amount with a high penalty which is around 16k. I still did not get the Job and struggled to survive on a daily basis. But with this harassment, I can't survive also. Please help me to settle the amount or help with the penalty waiver.
