EarlySalary — Over due charges

I have missed initial couple of payments of my loan. Whereas one of your representative Name Soma Sen she has been chasing me for the payment. So in total 3 emis were pending and after negotiation I had confirmed her that I will pay off last 3 months pending emis but you need waive off my overdue charges which she agrees.. I have WhatsApp screenshots to prove. Amount of 3679 rs has been agreed to be waived off. Now today in the morning you have taken my current monrh emi. Along with over due charges. She has been telling for 1 month that she will get the charges waived. Now it has been collected from my account. I feel like I have misinformed and incorrect information has been given. I want my money back which we have agreed to it or else I'll make sure I'll take this further with ombudsman for sure.
