My name is aaju k r, i am a customer of financial app early salary. I had taken a loan on 8th march 2019 sum of rs. 10000. While am taking the time there is levied a processing charge for rs.399. The issue is my emi amount is rs. 3669 for 3 months so my total amount will be rs.[protected]*3). And my 1st due date is 9th april 2019
The issue is that i had the balance of more than rs.5000 in my a/c from 2nd april to 13 april 2019. There is already auto debit option is enabled in app, but till 13th the due amount is not debit from my a/c and i had paid the amount rs.4861 (The amount levied over due) on 13th april. I had call the call center of the app. They told that there is a delay happened. I asked that why you peoples did not intimate me through any of communication medium. They replied that who told that to done payment why your not called us for explanation. And they checked that in their data and told that there is ach was returned. Till date i no ach was returned in my a/c as my knowledge. I told that please less the amount which i had paid as excess[protected] rs.1192.
They ask for statement during the period, as per the request i had send it to them. And same as i had send several mail send till date but there is no solution or reply

when i complaint to the early salary they assigned a recovery agent and calling me daily as they had filed a Police case against me.
