EarlySalary — unwanted charges

My cust Id is-[protected].ur customer support is very pathetic&non competitive to resolve cust issue.iam following up from past 1.5 months &early salary is least bothered to call & resolve.everytime I call &tickets get generated but the issue remains unaddressed. Unwanted overdue charges are levied she no emi is pending...spoke to supervisor but no solution
