EarlySalary — why government is not taking action on early salary

Hi my name is shahid gilkar i took a loan of 15000 from early salary and returned them back within 5 month which was in december 2017. Now today in january 2019 they are calling me again and say you have a pending loan of 15000. Inspire of send one them the screenshot of the payment receipt still they are not ready to stop harassing me. And my father. If india is really a democratic and lawful country then why do these hell like people still exists in india. I have attached the payment receipt plz check and do the needful.
