Hi mam/sir,

I applied for the home based job for captcha entry at earn at homes. On 12/9/2019, i went for the interview and they asked me to pay rs.2, 500 for the agreement and registration for the project. They promised me that they will provide me a valid agreement and full amount will be refunded within 1 month after i start the project.

They asked me to download workfromhome app after 24 hours of payment, i downloaded the app but it was not working, when i raised issue they gave many mobile no's & finally got contact no. (Rahul-owner: [protected]) to talk to the owner for app issue & refund of entire amount paid, the assitant who answered the call was very rude and she stated, "jo karna hai karlo, money refund nahi karenge, app kuch nahi karsakti, humko koi farak nahi padne wala"- "do what ever you want to do, we will not refund the money, you cannot do any harm to us".
