[Resolved] Earnbysurvey (Usys Services) — lawyer threatening thru whatsapp to pay penalty for closing legal bond with usys. | |||||
Hi, I have worked in part time for USYS for form filling for 30days during Jan 2019. I could not complete my form filling due to which my id has been terminated. I even paid 15600 initially for extension fee twice and for which I have two NOCs with me provided by USYS Company on 27/12/2018 and 03/01/2019. Now I have received a WhatsApp message from number [protected], stating as advocate from dept. of law, regarding clearance of legal bond with USYS containing consignment number and legal notice number. 1. When I have asked why I should pay money when my ID is terminated, that advocate started telling its legal process to clear the bond cancellation. 2. When I demanded for prior information and hard copy of legal notice, he started telling they do not check emails and it is not possible to send even photo of legal notice. 3. I even demanded him to send his ID proofs and why 4. He started even threatening me to face legal charges if I do not pay 15500 for bond cancellation by today itself i.e. 25th March 2019. 5. I even asked him for some time to think and reply and pay the amount, but he denied clearly telling pay today or face the consequences. Even the USYS Company has replied to communicate with the advocate only, when I asked them why there was no information regarding this bond cancellation in the legal document between USYS and me. Finally, that advocate has given ultimatum to pay by tomorrow morning 11am or face legal issues. Please find the attached detailed WhatsApp conversation between him and me, email from USYS and me, NOCs and legal agreement signed by me. Kindly help me in this issue as soon as possible, since they have threatened me to pay by tomorrow. I have worked with USYS to help my family financial situation and for my education, but USYS turned out to be a fake company and money bagger. Looking earnestly for your help, because I am a student and I cannot afford to pay that amount. If required, I can provide still proofs.
