The gentleman promised me that post payment of application fees of Rs.1500 he would send me the agreement(he mentioned Rs.500 as lawyer charges/Rs.490 Government Receipt and Rs.500 as stamp paper charges).He said if your company is 3 yrs or older or if you apply for 5 plus seats you wont be charged security deposit fees of Rs.5000.Once I made the payment through payumoney he asked me to release the payment which technically must have given me the first signal that he is fooling me.We were having a bench of 20 people hence in desperation I did release it since it was a negligible amount.Once I released it, he mentioned that on Monday he will share the work order.I did some search on the company to ensure that all is well but found out that there is a company with the same name in Delhi.He mentioned that they are his franchisee and he wouldnt be able to give his number.I searched this guy's number through the internet and called up.Found out that the company has shut down in 2011.I had also found out that the company which this Mr.Sharma was representing was formed in 2012.So his lie came to the forefront.I now wanted to get to the bottom of it.I called him and asked why the recepient name is Manish Kumar from Jaipur.He mentioned their head office is Jaipur which was not mentioned on the website at all.I realized it was his lie No.3.I called him up and said that I would like to see his work order and demo of the work.He hesitated and mentioned that he would do it on Monday, saturday being a non working day.He also committed that he will show the details on Team Viewer.My TL called him up the next day.It was switched off the entire day.Next day we called up again .He now started demanding Rs.5000 as security deposit without which file cannot go ahead.I asked for the company's incorporation certificate and PAN .He said all this is given post security deposit.I knew it was a lie.I told him that my company is 4 yrs old so I wouldnt have to pay security deposit.He said we take from Financial Year.I told him okie I will give another company.He then said you have paid through individual name.I told him how can anyone pay online with credit card with a company name.He fumbled and he disconnected the call.We called him many times post this but he is nowhere to be found.Guys be aware of this.There is no feedback form filling for Air India.I would report this to the cyber cell and Air India authorities if I dont get a refund and personal apology from this gentleman.Btw he claims to be the marketing director of the firm.There is no firm on the registered address.There is no reference centre.Its a scam.Ayush Sharma(Contact Number [protected])
