I booked air ticket via ease my trip planners, once did payment via net banking, payment gateway partner was atom technologies so error showed after putting up top but payment s deducted, made another booking through debit card via ease my trip planner gateway directly, which got confirmed. I got confirmation mail from atom technologies that they received the payment while ease my trip are refusing about dual payments
