I have booked flight tickets for my family (Vistara Mumbai to Singapore return tickets). The money has been debited, the website said they would provide a confirmation in maximum 45 minutes. It has now been more than an hour and the status is still pending. I have tried calling the 24/7 customer support multiple times but no one picks up. Kindly resolve this urgently as I may have to book tickets elsewhere and hence would need the refund urgently.

    Airlines has refunded the cancelled flight amount but easemy trip is not refunding

    My Go First flight from New Delhi to Abu Dhabi for Booking id: EMTAE940805 was cancelled on 03 May 2023 and refund has not been initiated by easemytrip. They are saying that refund from the airline has not been received yet.     Charging amount more than final amount being displayed

    I made a booking with easemytrip and the final amount being shown was ₹25883 after all taxes and discounts. When I proceeded with the transaction, the amount charged was ₹26833. But after the transaction the final booking confirmation page also showed the amount as ₹25883. I have screenshots of the same.     Wrong Reschedule Charges and Fraud with customer

    I booked Ticket dated 26 Feb 2024 PNR BU3I8G, paid 3014 fare was 2715, Due to change in plan, i want to reschedule, called call center the send link, i rescheduled, dated 28th Feb 2024, fare was showing 2550, demand online 392, i paid.
    Booking was showing pending, i called call center they told will get confirmation in 40 min.

    No refund till date

    I had a flight from jaipur to pune with PNR no. OTRN7J dated 24th January 2024 for which i raised cancellation on 22nd January 2024 . Upon calling i came to know that the cancellation request could not be processed till date and thus i was unable to claim for zero cancellation product with ID 3A7FM-C8NPK-INS insured with xcover.com .

    Charged extra amount

    I booked a flight ticket on Easemytrip.
    The final bill amount said 16057.
    I was charged 17057.

    The app said 16057, even AFTER the booking was made and showed that I had used a promo discount code.

    However I was charged ₹1000 extra and on contacting customer care multiple times, I have received the same email response saying prices are dynamic.
    The booking was already made and paid for....

    Charging cancellation fees while processing refund when airlines cancelled the flight

    I booked a return flight for 2 passengers from lucknow to indore on 25th dec 2023 via easemytrip.com. Booking id emt[protected]. Due to bad weather indigo cancelled both the flights and their ground staff did the proceedings for a full refund for both flights. The total amount i had paid for both flights was rs 25208.     Rejected booking

    I booked a flight from Budapest to Santiago round-trip I purchased and paid it on January 3. January 4. I received an email that the booking is rejected. But it’s very confusing as they still sent me a flight ticket but the status of the ticket is rejected so I went and bought another ticket from a different site.
