Flight Booking Issue - Payment done but no booking made

I am from Bengaluru and tried booking 3 multicity flight tickets via EaseMyTrip yesterday (15th April 2026, around 9pm). The amount worth INR 33, 723 got deducted via my PhonePe, but the UPI scanner page did not process for 10 minutes and then went back to payment screen again. transaction failed and payment refund

I tried to book train ticket through easemytrip.com [company] on 9th Jan 26 against Booking ID EMT[protected]. The payment was made however the ticket was not booked. The company didn't refund the payment.

Despite all the written and verbal assurances, the company has failed to refund the deducted money to the payment mode used in the transaction till date.

Payment not refunded

I tried to book train ticket through easemytrip.com on 9th Jan 26. The ticket was not booked and an amount of Rs 1175.40 was deducted by easemytrip.com. The same was acknowledged by easemytrip.com and I was assured for the refund against Booking ID EMT[protected] within 5-7 business days. Till date easemytrip.com failed to refund the amount despite frequent follow ups....

Horrible Customer Service and misleading fare

This has been the worst air ticket booking experience I’ve ever had. The website displayed one fare, and after I completed my booking and my credit card was charged, an agent called to say the airfare had suddenly increased by 500 AED. When I pointed out that I booked based on the price shown on their website, I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would need to wait 2–3 days.

easemytrip charging wrong rescheduling fee despite super 6e booking + rude customer support

I booked a flight for 2nd December through EaseMyTrip under the Super 6E category, specifically paying extra for free and flexible rescheduling.

When I tried to reschedule the date to Nov 27th on the EMT website/app, the portal clearly showed:

₹0 fare difference

₹1050 convenience fee (as per airline rules)

To confirm and get the change done smoothly, I contacted EaseMyTrip...

I had booked a round-trip air ticket through EaseMyTrip under PNR A6QT8Q and paid an additional ₹1, 798 for the EaseFly (Free Cancellation + Free Date Change) feature. Non confirmation of Air ticket (MUM - BBI) & Refund Status - Reg

This is to intimate you that on Dtd. 17th Sept'24, I had booked the flight ticket from MUM - BBI, journey date 20/09/2024 in Vistara UK-545 at 17.55pm. I booked a flight on Sep 3, 2024, from Easemytrip.com. The flight was booked from Ayodhya to Dehradun for the date 16th October 2024 in Alliance Airlines for two passengers. The total fare was Rs. 8248/-.
Now, on 25th Sep, I received an email as well as SMS on my phone number which stated that the airlines have cancelled my booking. On the message and email, they stated that the passenger can claim full refund or schedule for another date. I want a full refund because rescheduling is not an option for me right now.
I spoke with Alliance airlines customer support and they said that I need to contact EaseMyTrip customer support for the refund matter. When I spoke with EaseMyTrip customer support, they said that I will be charged a cancellation fee. The agent guided me to go to my bookings, click on cancel the flight and choose "airlines cancelled my flight" option. When I did that, I found out that the total refund amount is coming as Rs. 648/- only. Seriously!!!????
How can an airlines, who itself cancelled its passengers flight and now charging almost 90% of the total amount????
I just want my full refund, because I wanted to go on the same date and I did not cancel the flights.
Kindly help me in this matter.

    Payment failed but deducted from bank account

    I booked a flight on 3rd Sept from EaseMyTrip for the date 18th Oct which cost 7842/-. After I completed the payment process and paid from my UPI, the status showed that the payment is successful through my UPI. I also received debit message from the bank.     I booked a flight from Delhi to Bangalore for the 17th of September, 2024 at 19:10 (on the 8th of August, 2024 at 11:15 CET).

    5840 INR got deducted from my Czechs Republic bank account and easemytrip page stuck with the processing icon, but after a long wait I haven’t received any confirmation.

    I sent them an email but haven’t received any reply. Their whatsapp number is only a chatbot....
