Dear Sir, We would like to inform you that your RA is pending from airline side and once it will be authorize from airline end we will update you through call or mail respectively, till the time your patience is highly appreciated.

Are you following up with the airlines to get the RA approved. Since we hear back from them, saying 3rd party has to follow up. Such a shame and I wonder why easemy trip customer satisfactory rate is too low
