EaseMyTrip.com — Amount deducted but tickets get not confirmed

Hello

I have booked five tickets from mumbai to amrisar for 18th June 23 at 7 pm on 08th June 23 at 07:45 am, my amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait I did not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs 13061.91/, i have call about 10 times for refund

Details are as follow

Rs.13061.91.00 has been debited through State Bank Debit Card 4121*****56
