Dear sir/madam, I would like to say that pnr no: abjlka and actsvy Airline pnr: yfx19 and j2fyg (Tickets are attached to this email) The above pnr no. Has been done for travel from bhubneshwar to dehradun. Now, we would like to cancel our tiket as a precautionery, because the flight travel can not be safe due to corona virus infections. On this special cause of cancellation kindly refund the maximum amount which could be possible, in light of the good will of the company. With best regards, This email has been sent to [protected]@easemytrip.com On 12th march, but, they neither cancelled nor refunded the amount. However, the tickets were attached to the email.
