I have recently rescheduled my flight and i did not receive the conformation even after paying the difference and convenience fee.
Since i did not receive the confirmation I called customer care, they first told me to pay 8k more in the name of fare difference and then i called them again because, this time another representative told me to wait for 3-4 hours, it generally takes this much time and ge told me it will be confirmed.
Then this deepak guy calls me and asks me the money rudely and keeps the call without listening. He was insisting and threatening me that he will cancel the rescheduling.
Afther that I receive a message frok EMT that they are receiving more than usual calls from me and there will be a lot of delay in answering my calls and I can contact them through messages only.
This is unacceptable, i have paid they convenience fee twice for all this??
Instead of they calling me i have to call them.
