EaseMyTrip.com — Booking ID-EMT[protected] Money got deducted but booking was not successful

I used the website to book my tickets but it was not successful. I added all my details and selected everything required for my booking at the payment portal I added my credit card details and gave the otp too. My money got deducted for which I received a message from my bank but Easemytrip sent me the bellow message

Sorry! Your *Flight Booking* for Mumbai *to* Kolkata on Fri-23Sep2022& return onSun-09Oct2022 could not be confirmed due to payment failure as we couldn't obtain a successful payment response from your bank/wallet.
