I have booked flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Bali from EaseMyTrip.com
Have called customer case[protected] and emailed at [protected]@easemytrip.com, no affirmative response yet received
They have bug in their system.
- I have got Payment status - Confirmed from EaseMyTrip Whatsapp chat,
- Payment has been deducted from my account
- Have received transaction confirmation alert email.
But EaseMyTrip customer care tells they have not received the payment.
I am not sure where did the payment go ...
I am still awaiting the confirmation of my flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Bali.
