[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — booking pending

Amount has been deducted from my account and i have the transaction i'd yet booking status is not confirmed! What kind of a service is this, no one is picking up the calls (Customer care) i also mailed to them but no response!!

Even though the money (35, 504) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.
