I booked 1 ticket from Mukerian to Delhi on 2 September 2022 Booking ID is EMT[protected] even though the money (955rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending. I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. Regarding booking ID EMT[protected] I hope as per our telephonic conversation your query has been resolved as your correct refund has been initiated from our side on 2nd Sept 22 in your same mode of payment which you will be going to receive within the next 5-7 working days .
