I want to cancel my flight on 14.08.19, from Delhi to Pune and on 15.08. 19 from Delhi to Pune. I have paid the free cancelation fees for the above tickets but again ease my trip is charging full cancelation fees. I have called to the customer care service but they are not even picking the call even calling near about 17 minutes. My contact no is [protected] & [protected]

As per the telephonic conversation with you, I hope your query has been resolved. Also, as per telephonic conversation and as per LGI terms & conditions you can claim your full amount directly through LGI insurance company. We have already shared you the screenshot on your whats app where it was clearly mentioned that how can you claim the refund amount from LGI. Also, please share all the required documents to the LGI team so that they can initiate your claim amount asap.
