EaseMyTrip.com — Cancellation charge to high

We had our trip secured but due to some health issues we want be able to make my trip and we had our trip secured by giving extra rs (1999) today we cancelled our 4 tickets out of 8 passengers details:-
1) jyanti jyanti
2) anita anita
3) rohan ughrejiya
4) akshay ughrejiya
Total fare was for 8 passengers was rs 27185.00
We got total 676 rs for cancelling 4 tickets plz look into the matter we want more refund it's very very low I request plz look beyond itt
