I am really disappointed with your customer service.
There is nothing to ease in your system
First of all i am trying to reach you through mails and call centre. But i am not getting any reply to my mails just some automated messages and ticket id.
Your call centre is always busy. After so much of trouble, once i got connected to your customer executive (Priyanka) but she disconnected the call without listening to me completely just said we are working on your request. Two days ago also your executive told me the same we are working on your request.
But then also i am trying to connect your call centre once again, but the number is always coming busy. So do you think is this fair and quality service.?
My cancellation request with full refund due to covid-19 was submitted to you two days ago and still you have not confirmed me about it whether i am getting full refund. I already told you, if i am not getting full refund do not cancel my booking, i’ll reschedule it but again today being the last day of reschedule from
The airlines as my booking is for 15th march and there are no updates from your side. So what should i do as i am unable to reach you.
I am not going to take this anymore if you don’t reach me asap. I am going to raise this matter everywhere even on social media with all the mails which shows how poorly you handle your customers.
I request you to look into this matter with priority and provide me full refund.
