I had booked a hotel in Surat City for 22 July 2022 two months back of actual date. I had paid Rs. 2714 at the time of online booking and got the hotel reservation confirmation on the same.
When I went to hotel on the mentioned day, hotel denied me to checkin saying easemytrip didn't inform them about my booking. After several hours of discussion with EaseMyTrip customer care and having discussion with senior team member from hotel reservation team of Easemytrip, I had again paid 3600/- rupees for checking in on the condition that I'll get the difference amount along with the reservation amount which I paid at the time of online reservation. Its been 1.5 month and still I'm waiting for the difference amount. I have called the customer care several times but no resolution till now. I'm a priority customer and wonder if priority customer is getting such service then it's definitely not good for the customer experience.
