I'm Rajeev Kumar Singh. I live at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I booked a bus ticket for my parents through Easymytrip.com from Kalindi Kunj, Delhi to Siwan, Bihar with scheduled departure time on 14th May 2023 at 01:45 PM. Whose booking number is EMT[protected]. After reaching Kalindi Kunj, I called the bus operators contact no ( [protected], [protected] ) but mobile no was continuously Switch Off showing. Whose complaint i ware done by Easemytrip Customer Care no [protected]. After which I was given 2 more numbers from customer care. these number are [protected], [protected]. But these numbers were also not in service. I called customer care several times and complained.
Then i was told by customer care that we (easemytrip) was also tried to contact bus operator but not connected. so you return your home and i ( easemytrip ) am processing your refund process.
Even after that i called many days for refund but got no satisfactory answer.
Then I called the customer care again on 26 May, then I was told by the customer care that the bus operator has rejected the refund. Reason told that the bus operator had called, I did not receive.
EaseMeTrip Check Your Customer Care Records. According to the company, all our calls are on recorded lines. When EasyMyTrip itself admitted that there is no communication with the bus operator on 14th May. Can the bus operators show any proof that they called me. then how can they cancel my refund.
I have upset now. I think the bus operator and EaseMyTrip are cheating the customer.
Still, I hope the company will take my issue seriously and resolve it appropriately and refund my total amount 4018.
Please refund my 4018/- immediately basis otherwise I will complain in consumer court and also complain in BSE, NSE & SEBI
