My flight was cancelled by the airlines on 25th March PNR NO.BQ7PVR and the amount is showing refunded in the ease my trip site but I haven't got any amount refunded and even in the wallet also it is showing zero balance whenever I call their customer care they are not resolving the issues they are just making excuses and blaming me

Your wallet transfer amount is already rejected.
We would like to inform you that the wallet to account transfer can only happen to the traveler’s account. Thus, only upload the traveler’s information. (Scanned copy of Cancelled cheque or passbook or bank statement)
Secondly, the details that you upload should be clear so that it can audited as per regulatory requirements
