[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Convenience fees not being refunded

My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
However, I haven't received the convenience fee of INR 2, 396
It is clearly mentioned on their website that complete refund will be given.
