My flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund was given to EaseMyTrip.
However, I haven't received the convenience fee of 300 Rupees.
On enquiry, I got to know that it is as per policy and is mentioned on the confirmation email after booking.It was not mentioned during the course of
booking.Only after making the purchase anyone gets to know about this charges.
