Dear Khasrat, Regarding Booking ID EMT[protected] I hope I hope as per our telephonic conversation your query has been addressed in the case of your Dual booking, you need to have been in touch with us before making the second reservation so that we could reject the first. Additionally, because you made the reservation through another platform, we are unable to process a full refund for booking ID EMT[protected]. Since we usually communicate with airlines in situations when guests accidentally make two reservations for the same time, date, and destination, if the airline grants a full refund for one reservation, we also initiate the same for the guest. However, in your case, a full refund is not permitted, and a refund has been processed for you in accordance with airline fare regulations.
